This pillow is just what I expected from a contour - a higher side as well as a lower option depending on how much support I need (or want). I sleep on my sides often, and this pillow was exactly what I needed to reduce my upper back pain. I no longer wake up with tension in my shoulders, and I sleep well.I also highly recommend the Serta mattress topper. The combination is incredible!

Good material, nice contour, but it's so thick that your head is angled up and your neck hurts in the morning. The picture of the woman on the box with a straight spine is misleading. I bought this pillow so I could sleep on my side, but ended up using it to sit on in a wicker chair.

These pillows are too hard for my liking. I purchased one a few years ago that I really liked. This one is also too high where the contour is located.

I admit, the first night on these pillows, and my husband and I didn't think we would continue using these. We have always used conventional pillows or regular foam pillows, so the firmness of a "memory foam" pillow seemed a little too firm. But ... I have to say, after two weeks of using them, we're changing our minds. The pillows really support your neck, even for side-sleepers like me. Interesting enough, though, I've found myself sleeping more on my back since we purchased these, and I think it's because I toss/turn less because my head/neck is better supported. My biggest disappointment is we didn't get larger pillows. Our queen pillow cases swallow these and they don't come close to filling in the space across the head of our bed. Next time, I'll get larger pillows. Overall, I'm pretty pleased.

The pillows have helped my husband sleep better. They have also reduced his snoring. I have had a hard time getting used to them however because they are very firm which makes it hard for me to sleep on my stomach and then cricks my neck. Excellent when you sleep on your side or back though...

My roommate had one like this which wasn't that firm so it was instantly comfortable, but this one is fairly firm and it slowly conforms to your head. It takes a bit getting used to the firmness at first, but once your head sinks in... you get a solid night sleep. Great neck support.

We use these pillows for seat cushions due to back and pelvic problems. We have an orthopedic memory foam pillow purchased about 4 years ago for about $100. It's only recently started to lose its shape. These new pillows are firm and provide good cushioning for sitting but will not last for this purpose very long. Hopefully since we have two, we can alternate them to prolong their usefulness. They're very firm.

the memory contour pillow was a very good investment.. I;ve been having neck pains for years. the very first nite of using it, I woke up without stiffness or pain... It works! !:)

I read all the other reviews of this set of pillows and most were accurate. They are a good value for the quality of the memory foam used. You are definitely getting what you pay for- which is a good and bad thing. They were not expensive so I don't mind having extra pillows, but as far as sleeping on them on a consistent basis....they are very stiff. They may become more pliable but I don't know. I have only had them for about 45 days. I guess overall I would not recommend or purchase them again- you live and learn- the low price reflects the quality. If you like a stiff pillow this would be a good purchase for you- for us they are too firm.

This pillow is very firm. I didn't feel comfortable at first. As I use it every night, I start finding the benefit of firmness. I had a pain in my jaw, but it's dissapearing. I think my neck and head are fixed by this pillow, so it helps ease my pain. Thank you for saving medical bill.

I bought these for my husband and myself hoping it would help us sleep better. These have reduced snoring and increased sleep for both of us. They are a little big and square, but work great for our necks and back! I thought he wouldn't even notice, but keeps praising how well he has been sleeping since we got the pillows.

I already use a large memory foam pillow at home and wanted to get a smaller pillow for travel.The prices at my local furniture stores were cost prohibitive, considering the fact that I only travel once or twice a month. The deal at Overstock.com couldn't be beat. Great price and prompt delivery.My wife tried the second pillow and loves it - she uses it full time.

The pillows were a good value, shipped quickly, and appear as described. I've been using them for a couple of weeks and can't get used to them, even though I'm a big fan of memory foam. I usually like a firm pillow or a down pillow that I can position the the bulk of under the small of my neck. They are firm but lift my head too far off the bed and make my ears a little sore. I am switching back to regular pillows.

After searching for pillows to comfort my neck I came across these and decided to buy them based upon the positive reviews. Well, they are right. These pillows may not be for everyone, but they are just right for me. Yes, they are stiff but after a few weeks they start to work for you. It's been about three weeks and I have not had a bad nights sleep. That's not to say these pillows are responsible, but having them has decreased my anxiety of a "pain in my neck".

I recommended these pillows to my sister, she was having trouble sleeping at night and waking up with a stiff neck, I must say that ever since she started to use these pillows I no longer hear her complain about a bad night sleep or neck aches in the morning. I love these pillows!! - at first - I thought........good heavens they feel like bricks - but they really support my head and my neck pain is not so severe. I would recommend these pillows to side sleepers and back sleepers - not so much stomach sleepers. Great value and just what I was looking for. Thank you

These pillows are too HARD to sleep on. They may be good to sit on, but I would not suggest buying them for a nice night's sleep. I have other memory foam pillows - but these are like rocks. I should have returned them, but I think I will make seat cushions out of them.
