Good value, decent fit--a little difficult to fit over my mattress but my mattress is quite thick; i would still recommend

Fits bed snuggly, stays in place, easy to put on. A little pricey for the quality, but I still reccommend this pad.

When I bought this product I knew that the gap in my beds was about 3-4 inches with the bed frames touching. I had some problems adjusting this to make one solid surface that didn't sink. I ended up lifting one mattress on the bed frame, putting the pad between, and then pushing the mattresses together. Once I did this There was a slight rise on one side of the bed. When you laid down there was no sinking and there was not a huge bump. It ended up being a very comfortable, and I ended up sleeping in the crack all weekend. Didnt even notice.

Excellent protection from bedbugs and dustmites. I would recommend to all my friends and family members who are plagued with the above problems.

The wool on this mattress topper is too thin to make any improvement in mattress comfort. The thickness is very similar to a fleece jacket, about a 1/4 inch thick. It really needs to be 1-2 inches thick to be effective.

I purchased the Alternating Pressure Mattress Topper and Pump System for my mother who I have been caring for since December of 2006. Mother always had good physical health, skin and was athletic, so maybe that is why she is doing so well. However when I went searching for this item she had developed the small sore on her heel. It really scared me! I immediately took some of the Attends Insert Pads I had purchased from Overstock and rolled them around her ankle and taped into place. This kept any pressure off of her heel. I also put medicine on the spot and a bandaid and ran downstairs to logon to Overstock.com. That is the day I found this Alternating Pressure Mattress Topper and Pump System and, I am certain will help you as it did me. I will also note that it was getting warmer weather and I had removed the big soft socks from her feet, she had a tendency to bend her knee and rest her foot flat on the bed, probably in an attempt to relieve tension in her body. Let me tell you that I give my mom what I call large doses of the skin vitamins [A & E], plus large doses of all the B vitamins and work in a homemade dried kale & chard powder, but still I understood she needed more attention to the skin and would use a massage tool on her. Still she got this small sore and after I got this Alternating Pressure Mattress Topper and Pump System from Overstock I do not have to use the massager on her and it does a much better job. If you are caring for an elder parent and know you are in this for the long haul just order one today and relax.

I have a problem with sweating at night. I sleep in synthetic athletic wear (sweat wicking) pajamas and they help a lot. I bought this for a mothers day gift for my wife and we both noticed a better night's sleep from the get go. No more sweating. Deeper, more restful sleep at night. Awake feeling refreshed and energetic! Definitely going to get one of these for my children. Can't wait for winter! It keeps you cozy without the "sweats"

I bought this item for my son's XL Twin dorm bed. We unrolled it and placed it directly on the mattress, then put the mattress pad over the top (that way it'll hopefully not slip around). The width and length were good (approx 5" shorter than overall bed length). It nicely beefed up his somewhat spartan mattress, and he reported that the bed is now very comfortable. All in all, it seems like a good product for the price and will hopefully last for a couple years. I would recommend it to others.

We were looking for a cheap fix for needing a new mattress and this served its purpose. We had two nearly new twins and instead of buying a new king mattress for a couple thousand dollars, we spent $150 on this. It does leave a bump down the middle of the two twins but we only put it on a couple weeks ago. I think that will press down eventually but even if it doesn't it was a good price compared to the alternative. Overall, it is comfortable and serves its purpose. A word of caution to anyone wanting to make two twins into a king: twin mattresses are 4 inches shorter than a king so your sheets fit a little looser and it looks a little funny between your footboard and headboard. I didn't know that but it still works.

I bought this converter for our rental cabin, so our guests could have an option of a king in one of our bedrooms. The mattress pad is comfortable, but a bit soft for my taste and the foam inlay that is supposed to lay flat bulges up in the middle and you can definitely see the "ridge" when the bed is made.

This product was just too scratchy for me. I had a fairly heavy jersey knit sheet over it too. It fit the bed fine, and the thickness was ok. I've slept on sheepskin before and it never bothered me. I purchased a sheepskin pelt (leather back) at xxxx, and that is working out well.

I bought the Kingmaker to serve as a mattress pad that would bridge the gap in the center of my king bed (which is made up of two twin mattresses). As soon as I opened the package, I was overwhelmed by a foam or plastic smell. I figured it just had to do with the packaging, but after a week the smell was just as strong and I was waking up with a headache each day. After looking around on the internet and reading about people who had the same experience with memory foam toppers, I finally took the Kingmaker off the bed and the smell and my headaches went away. I don't recommend this product to anyone.

The middle connector that should slide down between twin beds pops up and is a bit lumpy but is more comfortable than using an air bed. Nice quality material, but would recommend adding a bed topper for best comfort. I bought a big box to store it in as it does not fold up to store.

We felt no difference in comfort when using this topper.

not worth the effort. we sent it back . . . not an easy thing to do since we had to break the incoming box in order to get it out. did not fit properly, did not work as described.

I took the maiden voyage on both the new sofa bed as well as the new mattress pad - I had a great night's sleep. I couldn't even tell I was sleeping on a sofa bed. The only drawback is that it is so thick it cannot be stored with the sofa bed. I have to remove it to put the sofa bed back in place.

Sofa beds have gotten such a bad rap but they are a practical way to combine seating for all and sleeping accomodations for the occasional overnight bed. This pad makes the sofabed mattress (which sees little use) as comfortable as my own bed! It's just firm enough to even out those coils and thick enough so that pokes from those nasty bars are non-existent. My only wish is that they provided a bag in which to store the bulky pad as you cannot make the sofabed with the pad on and it will never again fit in the bag in which it was packaged.

Now we can use our grown daughter's bedroom furniture as a guest suite! Twin beds don't quite cut it for adults but the mattress joiner has enabled us to customize a king-sized bed that's comfortable.

This was bought to cover an old mattress in an older condo. The condo was new to me. The mattress was firm and seemed as if it could be salvaged, but....I worry about bugs. The cover worked perfectly, and the one warning I would have was I didn't realize it was deep enough to cover both the box spring and mattress, necessitating the return of one of the two I had bought. An excellent buy for an excellent price.

I had neck and back surgeries in 2009 and it didn't work for my back; neck ok, acts up sometimes. These Magnetic therapeutic pad actually works a lot. I am not saying it cures me completely but it helps a whole lot, cause I can't take the drugs they give to people, just hurts me worse! So this is a blessing for me!!! So before you get surgery try this first!!!

This is a roomy mattress encasement that fits over a twin mattress with a tempurpedic pad on top. The only thing to be careful about it is putting it on. It seems a little fragile, but I was able to get it on without a problem, it's just not as sturdy to the feel as some encasements on the market. My daughter has allergies and the combination of an air purifier, this mattress encasement, pillow encasements, and a vacuum with a hepa filter has made a marked difference!
