Very good value and pretty too
This is a synthetic shantung silk or dupioni silk polyester set with four shams, two pillows and a bed skirt and bedspread. The color is not tan and blue, it's more a browned mauve and blue with blue embroidery and a darker brown/purple shade. The blue is more robin's egg pale than baby blue. The "neck roll" is NOTHING like the picture; it is a oblong decorative pillow with embroidery, not the roll with colors as shown. The description says two decorative pillows and that is correct but the photo is completely misleading. The bed skirt is a bit flimsy, like cheap satin for a slip. NEVERTHELESS, it is a great value, and looks nice on the bed. The bedspread is short (not a long drop) but it's very pretty and the fabric has a wonderful texture. I'm keeping it and I would recommend it for any bedroom as a very quick dress up. It goes well with oriental style or classic style or even modern-ish, the leaf embroidery is very tasteful.

Beautiful Value!
I love this 8-piece comforter set. The colors are true, and exactly what i was looking for. The fabrics have a nice texture, and look expensive. I looked at many comforter sets both at O and many other stores. My husband chose this one. For him, the price was the deciding factor. It is definitely a great value. The product is high quality, and I couldn't be happier.

Great for the price
The more I look at this set on my bed the more I really like it. It looks great! It's definately not the same quality as my previous much more expensive set but for the price it's great. I disagree with the pp though when it comes to color. This definately isn't blue, blue it is more of a seafoam blue with greenish color in it. I have it on my bed now with green sheets and it looks great. I was expecting a blue-er blue but I still like the color. Pros: PRICE, pretty, easy to iron Cons: feels flimsy (definately looks more expensive than it feels), gets wrinkled easily, color isn't as blue as it looks online. Overall I am very happy and would recommend.

Thrilled with the comforter
We were looking for a lighter weight comforter for the warmer months. This Maplewood set is perfect! The colors are cool and refreshing. The blue is kind of an ice blue with a hint of aqua in it. The mocha color and chocolate brown are great accent colors. The top stitching leaf design is elegant but still keeps with the contemporary look of the set. I like the weight of the comforter, it doesn't feel heavy or bulky. The fabric looks like silk shantung but is synthetic fabric so it should wash well. The two accent pillows are the mocha square pillow and the blue rectangular pillow. I wish it also included the other pillows but I can add some matching throw pillows to complete the look.

Comforter Set
Absolutely love it. The different hues of brown and the light blue are very elegant. I just repainted our room a light blue and worried about the colors clashing or being too matchy matchy. The brown stripes in the comforter, the piping on the pillows and the subtle tan embroidery really break up the blue coloring. The accent pillows are very nice and the weight of the comforter is perfect.

Decent set
The colors were great and exactly what I expected. They went perfectly with the room's decor. The quality, however, was not as good as I expected and the comforter has become misshapen over time.

love it
This product was exactly as described. All of the shams fit my pillows perfectly and the entire ensemble looks beautiful on the bed. I decided to go with chocolate brown sheets because the aqua blue was hard to match, they look great with this bedding set too.
