This is a wonderful set, but I have to say it is TOO heavy. I am normally cold, but with this we took our electric blanket off this winter and we were STILL too hot and we turn our heat down to 67 at night. We gave it to our daughter who sleeps in an unheated "bachelorette pad" in our basement and she no longer needs her electric mattress pad. It is a satin top, so if you have pets, it will snag. The underside is linen and I have NEVER had a comforter stay in place better than this one. It doesn't move! Making the bed is a breeze!

The set was just what I expected from the information on the website. The Queen size fits nicely with a good amount of drape down the sides. The colors are pretty true to how they appeared on my monitor. I haven't yet tried to launder the comforter so I can't comment on durability just yet. Overall, I am very pleased with the set and happy with my purchase.

I bought this bedding set for my employer and it was very well received. It is classy and tasteful and a very good bargain.

I ordered this to replace a beautiful set I also got on O 3 years ago. For the price it is a nice looking set on the bed. The colors are perfect, but the fabric is not comfortable at all. Definately will snag. The pilows included are too small and look ridiculous on a King bed, the shams are cheap looking also. It does fit the bed nicely and if you are not touching the fabric looks very rich. We fold the comforter down when we are sleeping now because it is too rough, and it slides off the bed. Keeping because it is too much trouble to return.

You get alot for the money with this set. The colors are much richer than in the photo. Also, the fabric is somewhat shiney . . . sort of like taffeta. There is a thin metalic gold thread that runs through the plaid design . . . not noticable in the picture . . . not really what I would have picked, but it still looks very nice. I ordered the Queen size and the comforter is very large - oversized - which is great. It hangs about 10 inches on all sides and still reaches up over the top of the mattress to cover the bed pillows. Bed skirt is very nice, also taffeta like with a sheen -- color is bronze-brown and dark khaki. The extra pillows and shams are very nice as well. Still getting used to the fabric -- seems like it might snag easily and we will be trying to keep the dog off of the bed from now on. Overall very pleased -- colors are beautiful -- love that the comforter is so generously sized -- great value for the price.
