I believe in the theory of magnetic therapy and purchased this pillow due to having magnetics. However, this pillow is very hard and extremely uncomfortable, I've been waking up with a stiff neck, shoulder and head pain which is the opposite effect of magnetic therapy. Maybe in time the pillow will soften but for now I can barely sleep on it. I would recommend it to those who are strong believers in magnetic therapy and would like to experience it.

This is very uncomfortable and hard pillow as I cannot sleep on this. It makes my neck very tight to the point that I get headache with this pillow. Would never use this again as I did not get good sleep.
