runs very small
this comforter is very elegant but runs very small, i bought a king size for my master bed and it is too small. luckily i was able to use it in my quest room on a queen size bed and it looks very nice...buy a size up

Love it!
After seeing this bed set and *loving* how it looked, we were a little concerned after reading several reviews. We have a Cal King, so there was no up-sizing for us, and we were concerned with the materials, namely its quality and softness. So we tried two other sets first and were disappointed because it wasn't what we actually wanted. So we bit the bullet and ordered this set. I ordered at 10:40 am on a Monday, got an email from Overstock on Tuesday at 11:30 am telling me my order had shipped, and it was here an hour later. WOW! This set looks great. It feels great. The underside of the comforter is super soft, and though the top is a little rougher, it is not scratchy at all. It instantly brought a sense of calming to the room. It reminds me of a really nice hotel or a spa, but in a good way. It's still a little wrinkled from coming right out of the package, but if it doesn't go away on its own, we will just steam it. As for the sizing, we didn't have an issue. It doesn't go all the way to floor or anything, but that's why there's a bedskirt, right? Anyway, we simply LOVE this and are SO happy we ordered it!

I was thinking of replacing my bed covers for some time now. Previously I purchased my beddings from Macy's, in much darker colors. I saw Madison Park Eastridge set on Overstock and I knew right then that it would look gorgeous in my master bedroom. The order arrived in just 2 days!!! Wow, how impressive. The colors, quality, look, everything is what I imagined. My new bed comforter set compliments my beautiful European paintings and all my friends think that my room looks like a 5 start hotel. I agree!! I have only one recommendation to those who have double mattress, queen size bed. You need to order King size set in order to cover your entire bed. Make sure you measure your previous cover to see what size you need. THANK YOU, OVERSTOCK ... I will definitely keep shopping from you... Great prices, great quality!

Poor quilting stitches all over the comforter
The sage is off-color; when next to the taupe, it almost looks brown. Apparently, the wide bands of color were also so wide that the comforter required quilting stitches to keep the matting inside from moving around - which is fine, except that they did it all in one color...the taupe...regardless of which color it was sewn on, and the quilting stitches themselves were in a block pattern about every square foot of the comforter, about two inches long, and raggedly done. I took one look at it and said, "I could have done better than that myself, and I'm not very good with a sewing machine." It's a terrible shame, because it looks lovely from the image, and the underside of the comforter was really soft, but the upper side felt like it would snag on everything imaginable, and the whole thing was undersized on top of the other problems. I had just bought a California king bed, and this comforter set was barely bigger than the supposedly queen-sized comforter I already owned. Must be a bad brand, I guess. I don't think you could have that many issues if it were just a fluke.
