The material is actually a little different than what I thought. It's more of a suede feel and look, but it's very soft and appears to be well made. The additional pillows really spruce it up. Without them, it does appear to be a little dull. The comforter is actually fairly thick, so it we got rid of an extra blanket we used to have at night and the temperature is just right now. I also have a large pillow top mattress, so I appreciate the extra length to hang down over the mattress enough to look right. Our previous comforter was a standard queen size and it always fell short....literally. This seems to cover the bed appropriately and I'm very happy with it! I don't understand the other reviews that mention it's dull and unexciting. As you can tell from the photo, it's not exactly a wild and crazy comforter set. If you're looking for something well made, classic, and simple yet has a touch of design...you'll really like this set.

This bed set is the first product that I have ever ordered from overstock.com. After looking around online for a good deal I remembered this website. I found this bedset,which I had actually been looking at on the ***** website. I found it for about $140 cheaper on this site. I ordered it on Saturday Night. Sunday no mail and Monday was Presidents day, so i wasnt expecting to get it til around Friday. Well to my suprise it was in this Tuesday. It looked just like the picture looks and feels super soft. I cant wait for my new bed to be delivered on friday so I can start sleeping in them. Highly impressed with the experience and the product. Looks like overstock is the place for me to shop :)

I was not satisfied with it. When I got it out of the box my husband and I both looked at each other.. We were like, what the heck??It didn't look like the one in the picture. And I put it on top of my bed and started inspecting it. It's not even used but threads were coming off already. I called and complained so I hope they will refund my money.

Poorly made comforter. Definitely NOT worth the money. The pillows are well constructed and are nice, but the comforter itself will not last more than a few times through the wash. There are threads coming out from all the seams. Extremely light weight, only a summer comforter. Keep shopping for something more sturdy, you would expect this kind of quality for a $20 set, not something over $100.

The pillows are very nice with this set. However the brown in the set is not as dark as in the pic. Also the set does not look as crisp and sturdy as in the pic. I can say that the set is very very warm & feels soft.

After taking a long driving trip and staying at a wide variety of hotels, I was impressed with a certain chain that used duvets. The price for their bedding was prohibitive so I went to Overstock.Com to check their selection out. I chose the Madison Park Dune set. From the first night on the bed, I have been very pleased. I used to have to wear socks as my feet would get cold - no more. I have Fibromyalgia and the bedding is so light I sleep a solid 9 hours a night! We have a dog and her loose hair brushes right off. We have a California King and it fits just fine. I am very pleased and would recommend this to others.

This set looks ok, just like picture.It is way too small for my bed. I got calif. king, and it would fit queen very well.

This was the first of two sets I purchased, that once received, was overall very disappointing. The color was not as depicted in the picture. The fabric quality was very poor, and the overall look of the set was cheap. I'm not sure how they did it, but the actual product looks nothing like the pictures... I promptly returned it dissatisfied.

I purchased it based on the reviews and how it appeared in the photo. In the photo is looks smooth, plush and expensive. The reality is….in my lifetime the wrinkles can’t possible come out. It’s cheaply made, the fake suede looks like xxxx quality. The pleats which go every which-a-way and make it look wildly busy. Some stick up, some lay flat, it’s a mess. If they had a photo of the product without all the pillows on it consumers would be able to see the actual design. The person who said the pillows look classy has radically different taste than I. I wanted to like this comforter, but I just can’t. It’s cheesy looking. Like something in your aunt’s home. The one that keeps her Christmas lights up until March in the front yard. I am returning it per O.Com’s policy. Wouldn't for it. When comforters were made in the southern U.S. they were excellent quality. The garbage coming out of China is a waste of U.S. dollars. I will buy 9 yards of fabric and make my own.

We purchased this King size comforter for our tall queen size bed with Tempur-pedic mattress. It is does not provide as much overhang as I had hoped. Another consideration we forgot was my husband prefers I have most of the comforter on my side of the bed, but with the contrasting fabric lines on the comforter we have to keep the comforter centered on the bed for it to look nice. Overall quality is good for what you pay here on Overstock ($110, I think?), but wouldnt pay more for this comforter. I like that it is machine washable, though that may open you up for user error if you go to a coin laundry and get detergent or softner stain damage on it yourself. I had to cut a few loose threads from the comforter. The large pillow shams fit KING size retangular pillows not large Euro Square pillows you see other sets require, but I stuffed two euro squares into one of the king retangular shams and it works. I like the accent pillows the most, and went with high thread count white sheets (also from Overstock) like shown in the photo, which make me feel like I'm sleeping at a hotel :) sweet dreams!

I love the clean lines of this comforter. The only downside I have is that it is a little small for a Cal-King. I have a thick mattress and it would love for it to come down a little further on the sides. Other than that....its perfect!

We are very pleased with this comforter set that we ordered in king/cal-king size. Please note that a true cal-king size would be a bit larger than this comforter, but it works for us. The color is darker than the photo represents - more of a beige, or "caffe latte" color. But the comforter is lofty and warm with no loose threads or sewing defects. We bought it for its price, which could not be beat in local stores, and because it is machine washable.

I needed a king set ASAP since we were upgrading from a queen to a king mattress. I bought this as a "temporary" while I could shop for something I really liked. I am keeping this set and not shopping for another one. Both my husband and I really like this set. It looks much more expensive than it is. It is soft and warm. I really like that it is machine washable as we have three dogs who love to get up on the bed. It's masculine enough for him, but the pillows make it look pretty for me. The size of the comforter is perfect, too. It fits just right on the bed.

Very pleased with this set. Bought for my daughter who has a rather dark bedroom with dark wood furniture & this set did just what I wanted it to which is to lighten up the space without looking like there are spotlights on in the room. Very soft & size is great.

(CA King) Visually appealing; faux suede material is very soft and inviting; weight and warmth is very comfortable; comforter drapes nicely over the edge like the picture shows. Have not washed the comforter yet, but sheets wash up nicely in a front-loader.

The comforter set is exactly what my wife and I had wanted. We were a little skeptical about the price and what it had said came with it (being the pillows). We thought it was too good to be true or it would all be very cheaply made but we were wrong. It all looks great in our bedroom. It is very comfortable and large. We absolutely love this set and it looks exactly like the picture. It will not deceive.

We were looking for a microsuede comforter that "repels" animal hair (we have two Himalayan cats and a Chow dog = lots of hair), and it seems to be doing just that! The feel of the fabric is great, the color was accurate (I guess my computer monitors are pretty good), and the quality seems to fit the price. The throw pillows are a nice accent, but I haven't added the dust ruffle yet. Though it may be a tad heavy/hot for these 90+ degree days we've been having, I think we can use it year-round here in Ohio. Overall we are very pleased.
