      The bedspread is very pretty and light which is good as it is on a bed at a lakehouse. It should be noted the bedspread is long and if you have a low bed it will drag the ground.

      this bedspread is beautiful. beautuful quilting. Oversized. No need for shams of skirt. I got the ivory and it is a little creamier than I wanted but all in all this is one of the best buys that I have purchased for Overstock.com. I would call it a light weight quilt..Stiff at first but loosen up with use

      I received this product very promptly, and am very pleased with it. It's generously sized for the king-sized bed--no bedskirt is needed!! It's a nice weight; and the machine quilting is very, very detailed and well done. I would highly recommend this product!

    • Excellent quality for price!

      I bought this bedspread in 2008. It is now 2010 and I've had it on my bed for about 1.5 years. It wears like iron and looks brand new after every cleaning and we've got kids and dogs who flop on it. It's large enough to provide enough drape even for my "elevated" antique style bed. I just bought another one similare to this one for my guest bedroom. I hope it's as good quality as this one is. Buy with confidence, you won't be sorry.

    • Bedspread Searcher

      This bedspread is of a much higher quality than we had anticipated. It has a rich appearance and is very well made. The only negative comment we have is that it is stiff and heavy as an 'extra blanket'. We especially appreciate it being offered as a bedspread and not a comforter which we do not like because they are too short on the sides as an extra cover while sleeping and do not wear well. We also don't like having to buy a bed skirt which are difficult to keep in place. We have looked locally for a bedspread like this for a long time. We recommend it to anyone.

    • Luxury is Right

      This is a beautiful Spread. Generous size, heavy quality fabric, it looks luxurious. The reason I marked it down for comfort is for me it is too heavy to sleep under so the bed it too tight. Hard to move feet etc.... so I don't use it when sleeping, I bought it as a bedspread. I am so tired of dust ruffles and wanted something rich looking that would cover the bed! This is perfect!
