These are nice sheets. I washed them and they came out fine with no more than the usual wrinkles. The color works for me but if you are looking for more of a brown color (which I consider Taupe to be more brownish) these are actually more of a tan/silver/sageish combo color, Very light color.
I bought these Queen sized pillowcases to go with my King set of sheets...I don't like king pillows or pillowcases, and these exactly match my sheets. The best part is they give you four! I think it's a fantastic deal and I am more than happy with these pillowcases. They have a lovely hand to them, they are not thick, so don't expect that, but they are along ways from being too thin either. For me, they are just right. The color selection should please any taste as well.
Only had these sheets 2 months. Only twice on the bed and they look like the sheets I've had for 10 years and used ALOT. I'm not happy at all. They are balling up real bad. I'm contacting someone to find out what I can do about this. Please beware.
We bought these sheets about two months ago because we'd also purchased a new bed. The bed arrived on Tuesday and we put the newly washed and ironed sheets on, only to discover a rip in the (giant!) pillowcase and another in the seam of the fitted sheet's corner. Luckily I can sew and will be repairing these, but for touting themselves as "luxury cotton" (they are actually branded as "weaves"), I'm disappointed with the quality. The sheets themselves are nice and soft, but I have great concerns about them lasting for very long if they came ripped.
My parents bought these and they raved about them and so I bought a set for my son and they are his favorite sheets! Soft and a bit silky but not too silky. He prefers them to the expensive Pottery Barn organic cotton sheets I had on his bed previously. These don't wrinkle nearly as badly as the Pottery Barn ones do, these come out nice and smooth from the dryer and they are softer. The extra pillowcases are also a very nice feature as well.
