These sheets are so great! They are a very sturdy material and so so soft. Our #1 desired quality was that they stay crisp and cool and they definitely impressed us. Highly recommended!
I would've paid triple the cost anywhere else. The sheets are of good quality. The only problem I could find was after washing & drying they came out wrinkled. That is of little concern. The comfort of the sheets is wonderful. The fit on the bed was perfect.
These are great sheets. Soft, comfortable and generous enough for my oversized pillow top mattress. I have had a lot of trouble finding sheets that would cover the mattress. I haven't noticed more than the usual wrinkling you normally get with high thread count cotton sheets. I was a little worried ordering the blue sheets since some reviews reported receiving a "robin egg" sort of color but mine were the sort of muted, slate blue I had envisioned. They look great on my bed. I also bought the keaton luxury quilt set in white to go with my new sheets. Both items are very nice quality. I am very happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to buy these sheets again. A nice find for a nice price if you have a large pillow top mattress.
I love my new sheets! I bought these in gold. The color is deep and rich. These sheets are thick, quality cotton that get softer after each washing. They are the best sheets I have ever owned. I would definitely recommend these to my friends.
the fabric was nice enough, but when washed, they were wrinkled beyond recognition and extremely rough feeling. I have washed now 4 times and still haven't slept on them. I wouldn't recommend.
as expected 800 thread count feels great, like sleeping on satin. But i was very disappointed when i washed and dried them. they wrinkled like you wouldn't believe! even after drying each sheet separately they still had wrinkles that only an iron will take out. And i don't have time for ironing!!! we have 600 thread count sheets that come out of the dryer looking great not a wrinkle one, and they to feel like your sleeping on satin also. love the color deep and rich. I'll be sticking with 600 thread count.
This is the first review I have written ever. I felt it important because I always read the reviews before deciding to purchase a product. I was very disappointed in the color of these sheets. I had read the reviews beforehand and decided to buy them on the ratings. I ordered the gold sheets and they are a yellow/MUSTARD! I washed them and they became a dull mustard - not al all like they are depicted in the photo. I have sheets that are 330 count which are softer. They also had a strange smell when I opened them - a chemical smell. Had I not washed them I would have returned them. All in all, I was very disappointed.
I have ordered a couple of sheet sets from Overstock before and was very happy and impressed with the quaility. However, these sheets were a bit of a let down. These sheets are VERY stiff! Yes, they are thick but not soft at all. I have tried washing them a couple of times to see if they will be softer but no luck so far. Oh well, better luck next time.
I bought this set in gold. The color is gorgeous, a very rich hue!!! The sheets are sturdy and soft. We love it so much we're ordering in another color.
Gorgeous Gold... Looks very rich and regal. Have been washed three times and still a little stiff! Compared to other sheets, they are well made and thicker than most others. Also have deep pockets, which is not always the case advertised.
The color on these sheets was just as it appeared online. This set was soft when washed and extremely comfortable to sleep with. You will love these sheets next to your skin. I have bought several sets.
Bought these a couple of weeks ago. They look beautiful on the bed and feel even better. Makes you not want to go back to lower count sheets. My only complaint is that you really need to iron them to make them look beautiful again so I just press the flat sheet and pillow cases and don't worry to much about the wrinkles on the fitted sheet. I would definitely purchase again.
Upon arrival, I opened the package and checked for any flaws or craftmanship mistakes. Due to the fact that these were going for a very cheap price. as it turns out, It was certainly a great investment! As many others have stated, "Makes it so you will not want to get out of bed in the morning!" could not be any more precise. You better set two alarms! Very, very comfortable! You can tell the quality by the sheen on the fabric and the weight. Would reccomend washing 1 sheet at a time as they are cotton and absorb a lot of water.
These sheets are nice and heavy, and the fabric is pretty soft. It's not as soft as I'd hoped for an 800-tc sheet, but they're definitely comfortable.
The sheets appear to be well made and still fit nicely after washing and drying which is a plus.BUT they feel like canvas, not very soft at all.
I got these in chocolate. The color and sheen are gorgeous. They were a little stiff at first, as is the case with most high tc sheets. I used an old trick and added 1/3 cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle and it softened them right up after just one wash. Highly recommended.
I have been buying high thread count sheets for years. This is the third set I've bought from Overstock. This is the nicest set to date. I love that the tight weave doesn't make for a stiff feel. These sheets are nice and soft and very comfortable against the skin. They wash up well, don't wrinkle up too bad. Well, they do wrinkle, but not like accordian pleats or totally crushed looking. Nice big pockets, fits over my pillow top with a topper. I'd buy these again.
These sheets are lightweight and very comfy. They get softer with each washing but still feel crisp and cool. The copper color is gorgeous and the pockets are deep enough for even the thickest mattresses.
I love these sheets... they are so soft and the material is very luxiourious!! I ordered the dark purple color and it is a great color and matched my bedroom colors perfectly. The only thing that I don't like is they wrinkle quickly so take them out of the drier as soon as they are dry and put them on your bed or they will wrinkle a lot.
I ordered a queen set in copper, I love the color. It has a slight sheen to the fabric, the sheets were so beautiful and the shade even more beautiful and lustrous than I had hoped for. They started out stiff, but I've laundered them 3 or 4 times, and they are definitely getting more soft. I think they are comfortable to sleep on, and while "stiff" at first I never thought they felt scratchy. The down side; they really do wrinkle amazingly, amazingly bad. I have other cotton sheets, they wrinkle a bit but if taken out of the dryer quick enough - no biggie. I am not Donna Reed and no way would I normally consider ironing my bedding. These only seem to be getting worse with the wrinkling with more washing, so I'm worried. The last time I washed them, they were not only wrinkled but totally had the "relief map" look to them. To the point the pillow cases did not lay flat well when folded. I ended up pressing the pillow cases, that's the only part of the sheet that is very visible once they are on the bed. Also, the fabric isn't falling apart, but the stitching is starting to fray after just being laundered a few times. I am thrifty, I replaced a set of poly cotton sheets that I'd had for over a decade, which still looked fine but they were the old smaller ones, so didn't fit well on my newer thick mattresss. I'm not thrilled that I payed a fair amount of money for these, and they look like they won't last another 6 months. Since I'm not likely to have time to resew all the edges on the sheets to keep them fraying apart, this purchase looks like it will be a total loss in short time. Too bad, when I first got the sheets I thought they were exactly what I had hoped for.
