I needed another set of sheets but was hesitant about 1000 thread counts that I could not tough before buying. These are not the same quality of the 1200 thread count I have but they are still very good sheets.Read More
I read many of the reviews before I choose these sheets. It helped knowing how others felt about them. I was looking for a 6-Piece Set. The set arrived on time. They washed beautifully with hardly a wrinkle. The deep pockets were perfect for our large mattress. My husband finds them not as soft as our older set of sheets but I think that is because they were starting to get worn and had that old comfortable feel to them. I find that I love the feel of them as you slip into bed. They are just thick enough and have a wonderful feel on your skin. I know that everyone has their own idea of what makes their sheets comfortable but I think these were just what I wanted.Read More
Love these sheets. Will be ordering more.Read More
I was just a little disappointed when I opened this package. I am sure they are 1000 thread count, but luxurious they are not. I only by 1000 thread count sheets, usually from department stores (but not designer brands) and for a slightly higher in-store price the quality is significantly better. These are a little stiff. I'm sure once they're washed a few times they will soften, but for 1000 thread count, they should be thick but soft when brand new. I also regret my color choice (the blue), but that's my own fault! I bought these as a test-run with the intent to buy more if the quality was good..... and I won't be making any follow up purchases!Read More
These sheets are made of very fine fabric. They have a silk-like sheen to them and are very soft to the touch. They fit my King mattress easily with plenty of room to accommodate a mattress pad should I decide to add one later.Read More
These sheet are everything promised, they're soft, with a lovely sheen. They fit our thick mattress well. Most of all the colors were so rich! I would certainly buy them again and recommend this item to a friend.Read More
my fault for not reading more carefully.....I wanted 100% cotton. I didn't notice the polyester content until I was putting them in washer. I kept them and they're on bed right now and are nice and smooth. I'll have to keep them and hope to learn to love them. color is sweet.Read More
I wouldn't recommend these to a friend. I've washed these sheets 5 times with softener and they still feel like canvas. I own a few other pairs of 1000 ct sheets and they don't feel anything like these.Read More
I really like the sheets, but I would rather have all cotton sheets.I guess I didn't know that Sateen sheets were a mix of fabrics. Thank you for the prompt delivery.Read More

Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
