I bought two sets. One in mocha and one in burgundy. Very soft and pretty out of the package. Three washes and three dry cycles later they are still pilling and leaving lint on skin. I've have had to clean the lint catch in the dryer twice during each cycle. I've also tried brushing them and tried a lint roller, but nothing has worked yet. I feel I've wasted my money.

These may be Egyptian cotton, but they are not "luxurious." As thin as Motel 6 towels. I got the "gold" and it came in copper, which doesn't fit my color scheme at all. Good luck to you.

I love the feel of the towel, I ordered thinking they were made in USA, the catch was the cotton was 100% USA but they were made in Pakistan. I was disappointed with that fact.

Good quality towel set. Color of the grey somewhat darker than pictured, which I actually like. One thing that's annoying is the big fabric tag sewn onto every piece. Impossible to cut because it goes into the seam of the towel. This is just a pet peeve of mine though.

I'm so disappointed. I've washed and dried these towels 5 times now and we still can use them because there is so much lint! If you try to dry yourself off with one of the towels you are covered in lint, obviously defeating the purpose. Now I wonder if I will ever be able to use them, or if we will ultimately throw them out. :(

I love these towels because they are good quality, comfortable and inexpensive. I also ordered the bath sheets by the same brand because I knew I wouldn't be disappointed.

THE TOWELS HAD A VERY PUNGENT CHEMICAL SMELL WHEN OPENED FROM THE PLASTIC CONTAINER WE ALWAYS WASH STUFF WHEN WE GET IT AND THE SMELL DIDN''T GO AWAY. WE TALKED TO CUST SVC AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING BUT SINCE ITS A REAL HASSLE TO RETURN STUFF WE DECIDED TO KEEP THEM. AFTER SEVERAL WASHES AND PERHAPS EIGHT HOURS OF DRYING/TUMBLING (NO KIDDING) THEY STILL HAVE SOME OF THE ODOR. THE LOOK AND FEEL IS WONDERFUL/BEAUTIFUL BUT THE CHEMICAL SMELL STINKS AND IS OF CONCERN TO US AND OUR BODIES. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT BUY THEM UNLESS SOMEONE COULD GUARANTEE THAT OUR SITUATION WAS AN ANOMALY. WE WONDERED IF US CUSTOMS HAD FUMIGATED THEM. BTW -THE EGYPTIAN TOWELS WERE MADE IN INDIA.

The towels made a great Christmas gift for my mother. The color was absolutely beautiful, and the towels are very soft to the touch. They are obviously not the best money can buy, but they look good, feel good, and dry your tushie when you hop out of the shower. What more can you ask of a towel?!

I have paid alot of money for towels before at stores that I thought would be awesome and they didn't hold up. These have held their own in a busy family of 4. Prabably get used once or twice a week at most. The color has held up and they haven't matted or snagged. I would buy these again.

The towels were beautiful and well made. I gave them as a gift and the person really loved them. I would definitely buy them again.

I ordered several packages belonging to this same group of toweling. The 8-pc bath towel set, after having to cut off the loose threads, washing them, cutting off more loose threads are actually pretty absorbant and soft. The 'toast' color is kind of inbetween gold and taupe, which I found very pleasing and restful. Unfortunately, the set that I ordered that included 2 bath mats in the same color, when I finally did get them were a sick, baby puke shade of orange-yellow and do not blend in with the nice color of all the bath toweling. Oh well, you live and learn. I buy all our bedlinens from Overstock and have always been more than pleased. Maybe I should just stick with that.

These towels are so soft and absorbant I would love to replace all my towels with this brand. Overstock got the order to me fast as always, great product from great source.

I ordered the "toast" towels, thinking they would be a darker taupe color. I was wrong. They are more of a burnt gold, much darker and with yellower undertones than portrayed in the photo. The quality of the fabric is also lacking; they felt scratchy out of the bag. They may soften up after washing, but I chose to send them back so I can't comment on that.

Beautiful rich color. Very soft. My only negative comment, also stated by another reviewer, is that you have to prewash at least two to three times for all the lint to be removed. I purchased black towels, so having black lint all over you after showering made my husband feel the need to shower again. Otherwise a nice set of towels.
