An affordable splurge!
This is a great quilt, it's light enough for under the comforter during winter and perfect to use alone as a coverlet in the summer. I was skeptical at first since it is silk and we have two dogs that insist on sleeping on the bed. I couldn't have been more happily surprised at how well it holds up, doesn't snag, and is easily spot cleaned with water between dry cleanings. The silk actually turned out to be genious since NO doghair sticks to it!

Beautiful
I really love the quilt I purchased, the only disappointment was that both sides are very silky so its slides a lot during the night. I would prefer for one side to be a different material.

Feels like a cheap motel bedspread
I was so excited when I ordered this quilt, but I was disappointed when I received it. First of all, it had several loose threads and the lighter color on the bottom was a different shade (it's a light brown with an olive green tint rather than tan). The dark brown side feels like cheap material and really reminds me of those nasty bedspreads in cheap motels. However, the bottom side of the quilt with the lighter color is very silky so it constantly falls off of the bed while I'm sleeping. Whenever I turn over in my sleep it slips off the bed so I have to get up 1-2 times a night to pull it up off of the floor. This issue might be resolved if you have a foot board to keep it in place. Overall, I'm not impressed with this item at all.

Washes good
I ordered this for summer as a lighter top blanket. I know the label says to dry clean, but I refuse to dry clean any of my clothes because of the chemicals and because it's expensive. The first thing I did was wash the quilt and then hang dry it. I use a natural herbal detergent and It came out fine and I plan on washing it weekly. Yeah, it's no high end quilt, but it looks decent enough for the price and is a dark color which I need for 4 dogs that sleep on my bed. Overall an average buy, nothing spectacular, nothing horrible.

Not what I expected
Quilt was not grey like in the web photo; there was no color description either, so I was shocked by the chocolate brown color. The threads were already coming loose when I unfolded the quilt. The quilt is very stiff and doesn't hang well. It is not a type of quilt that can be used to sleep with if your looking for extra warmth (use as blanket) It slides off the bed on its own when you move around. You get what you pat for I guess. It is fine if you just want something to cover the bed quickly & neatly, and you need something brown or taupe for your color scheme.

GREAT COUCH COVER
WE HAVE A LEATHER SECTIONAL & NEEDED PROTECTION FROM OUR DOG & CAT. IT LOOKS GREAT & COVERS THE COUCH PERFECTLY WITH TWO KING SIZE QUILTS. WE JUST PUT SOME OF THE FOAM LINER FOR DRAWERS THAT KEEP THINGS FROM SLIPPING ON THE BACK OF COUCH & PUT THE QUILTS ON TOP & THEY STAY PUT VERY WELL. BE SURE YOU TUCK THEM IN THE NOOKS & CRANNIES OF YOUR COUCH THOUGH. THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE QUILTS. THE PET HAIR DOES NOT STICK TO IT EITHER.

Beautiful King size quilt
We're in hot Florida and needed a light weight quilt. This is just right for warm weather, and looks Great in our room. A little slippery, but it stays on and the dog doesn't slide off, so we're enjoying it!!!

LOVE this quilt!!
when i purchased this quilt, i assumed because it was so inexpensive, it would be rather poor quality. a few years back i had ordered an expensive silk quilt, but it's too heavy to use most of the time. i was pleasantly surprised when i opened the box, shook out the quilt and aired it. it's soft as can be, and light enough to use in any season here. ( i live in northern florida, we don't have long, cold winters so i always am seeking a nice summer weight quilt). i've had this on my bed since the day i received it, and couldn't be happier with it!! LOVE it and wish there were more colors to order.
