I gave these sheets 2 stars - one for the softness of the fabric and one for Overstock's quick shipping. However, I an tired of spending money on sheets that DO NOT FIT. I took the time to measure the mattress and order sheets that would fit. These were great out of the box but shrunk 4 inches in width in the first wash. They are useless to me. I and trying to see if I can turn for a larger size.

These sheets are incredibly warm and cozy for winter. I would reccomend them to everyone.

My main concern was that the fitted sheet would be easy to put on without a tug of war match. I washed them before using and the seam on one of the pillow cases frayed apart. It's taken about 6 washings for them to be fuzz free. Now that they are broken in and I repaired the seam, they actually are constructed pretty well. I would not call them "heavyweight" though.

I had read the reviews and had some concern about the thickness of the material. Indeed it should be a concern for any of you who are considering purchasing these sheets, I can actually see through the fitted bottom sheet-which in my book means it is not heavy weight. However, I can not see through the top sheet which means there is some inconsistency with the production and quality of this item. Luckily I bought them for the spare bedroom as I would not be comfortable sleeping on such thin material.

Super soft and great quality. Wahed them and got them on the bed the day they arrived. Felt wonderful from day #1. Great fall, winter, and early spring weight. Excellent value!

I ordered these a few weeks ago, as I'm needing some flannel sheets this fall and winter. So far, they are absolutely fantastic, and very reasonably priced. They are very soft, warm, wash well, and the color matches what is shown on screen. I'd highly recommend these to anyone that's looking for a warmer sheet set for these colder months.

Bought twin sets for a bunk bed set up. These sheets are heavy weight indeed. Washed very well, no pilling, no ironing needed. Fit well on standard mattresses. Very warm. Highly recommended!

These flannel sheets are really heavyweight. With a bedspread, I don't think I'll need any more blankets. Color didn't match perfectly, but they will be covered most of the time, anyway.

These have got to be the best flannel sheets that I have ever purchased, wonderful sheets, wonderful price. Used and washed them all last winter, (with the jeans and any thing else I could put in the) Put them back the bed for the fall.

I love flannel sheets but they are not all created equal; I prefer a heavier weight as these are the kind of sheets that don't pill and get softer over time. These fit the bill perfectly, and considering the price, I was very pleasantly surprised. I usually pre-wash everything before use but these felt great right out of the package so I used them right away. I would definitely purchase another set in different color and I highly recommend them.

Hmmm, I could have sworn these were described as "Deep Pocket" when I ordered them. Perhaps it is my mistake or perhaps it has been corrected. In any case: Deep Pocket is what I was looking for and these are not. The current description does not suggest that they will fit a 15 inch mattress but just in case you are wondering - They don't. The corners will stretch over the corners of the mattress but the bottom of the mattress shows along the sides. Other than that they are very nice sheets. I love the weight, feel, and color. The other reviewer that said these are thin must be finding some freakishly thick sheets elsewhere. These really seem quite plush to me.
