These towels are wonderful...I've been using them for 3 months now with no unraveling. It did take a while for extra lint to wash out, but now they're great! I ordered an Ivory set and they have held up. They are ultra thick and luxuriously soft. The loops are not short, but double ply which makes them thicker and densely packed. Such a great value!

I chose the Sea Foam... perfect color for my newly remodeled bath. The towels are truly "Grande"... they're not only BIG, they're HEAVY too!!! They just passed the washer dryer test too... medium heat dryer. I'm extremely happy with them would recommend them to anyone wanting big, heavy towels.

I purchased 3 sets of the towels. Yes they are very heavy, and lost less than 5% of their weight with the first laundering. The problem is is they are not soft, no mater how much fabric softener I use they don't get any softer. The material is definitely not a quality cotton, my husband often questions what material was used to make the towels. I read some of the reviews before purchasing, and should have listened to the negative comments, but thought they were just being picky. Two of the items were snagged when they arrived. The wash cloths have 2 large borders, so not as much surface area for washing, as desired.I should have returned them, but the 30 days for return went by too quickly before I could send back. Recommendation: spend a little more and get quality towels, you'll have to put up with your purchase for too many years to be a happy camper.

I ordered two sets of towels, one ivory and one taupe. The ivory towls are of great quality and comfort, however the taupe towels are just average. Be aware that these towels are produced by different manufacturers depending ont he color choen.

Look great but completely fell apart after the FIRST washing!

I have two sets of these, one in Seafoam and one in Mocha Brown. I have had them for more than a year now and they have held up beautifully, even after dozens of washes - no unraveling and they are still as thick and soft as ever. The 800-gram weight and double-ply looping make these exceptionally thick and sturdy. My family is tall, and these towels are perfect for us because they are nice and BIG! My only complaint about these is that the color faded significantly after a few washes, especially the Mocha Brown. Overall, though, a GREAT value for a durable six-piece set.

I love the feel of these towels. They are very absorbant and soft. However, after the first wash they began to unravel at the edges. Other than that, the towels are great.

I loved these towels up until about the fifth washing when they started to unravel at the edges -- now at about 10 washings, even though they're still thick & luxurious in the center, I have to throw them away -- there is no binding left, just strings on two sides (long sides). What a waste. Do not buy these towels.

After their first gentle wash& dry, two sets of my terra cotta(deep orange) towels unraveled. Since then, the color has bled leaving bright day-glo orange streaks throughout the towels. They are so soft & plush, but the dye and stitching are defective. Two sets now and it is embarassing to hang up in my bathroom. DO NOT BUY

I washed it once per the instructions on the tag, and afterwards noticed all the towels were falling apart at the edges. If you can live with this, then you will get soft towels that look damaged on the sides...but if you want tough, but soft towels, these are NOT it.

I read most of the reviews prior to purchasing. I found that many people stated that the towels were falling apart within the first month of having them. I washed mine for the first time this evening right out of the package (I bought 3 sets) and 1/2 of them looked like they went through a shredder after pulling them out of the dryer. I followed the wash/dry directions verbatim. Still bad results. I submitted my request to return them as soon as I opened my dryer a few minutes ago.

I was surprised how nice these towels are because the price was so reasonable. I have spent a lot more on towels that were not as thick as these are. This is the second set of these towels that I purchased. After seeing how thick and heavy the towels were, I immediately ordered another set!

I was really surprised when I received the towels. I thought for this price they would look and feel cheap. Absolutely wrong! The towels are nice and thick and the appear very durable. The only thing I didn't like is the excess lint that is almost impossible to get off after putting on lotion; but 3 washes later it seems the lint issue is gone. I like the towels so much I bought a couple more sets for myself and a friend.

Pro - Towels are soft. Cons - Towels have frayed with minimal use. After the first couple of washes, the towels (in taupe) have begun to discolor. The now have what looks like bleached spots on all towels where color has begun to leach out. Bleach had never been used with towels or in loads prior to washing towels.

Super surprised at the quality and value. I quickly went back on line and ordered more!

These towels look nice and are thick, but as soon as I got them out of the packaging, there were already loose threads and tears. For the price, I expected much higher quality. You must wash them several times before use because they shed so much lint. I bought the navy blue towels, and after I washed them my washing machine was covered in blue lint, which was quite annoying. Overall, the quality is ok, but I am really disappointed at the loose threads and tears before they were even used or washed. I wouldn't buy them again and don't recommend them. For the price, you can surely do better.

These towels do not hold their color. I ordered the sea foam. Immediately after I started using these towels, I notices yellow blotches. One on the wash cloths turned completely yellow. The only thing that touched these towels was skin and soap. I sent them back for another set, same thing happened. I then tried the Spa Bath Egyptian Cotton Towels and low and behold the same result. All I can say is that this is an inferior product, BUYER BEWARE!

I have never had the luxury of purchasing towels made with Egyptian cotton before - wow!!! They are the thickest i have ever had and the colors are vibrant. i would recommend these to anyone.

I was a bit skeptical, but I purchased the white and celery sets. To my amazement, all the pieces (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) were of good quality. And, the bath towel wraps around my 180+ lb. body quite well. I've always wanted sets like these, but they were too expensive. These two aspects of the sets (quality and price) make the sets worth having.

These towels initially felt full and the pile was thick. Upon first washing and drying all of the towels came out of the dryer with long pulls in the threads. While I will use the towels I would not purchase them again.
