Bought this for my Daughter for Christmas. Worried that something so cheap could be good, I pondered it for several weeks. We were pleasantly surprised. It is not a bright red red, more of a deep brick. It is beautiful, and I would recommend it to anyone. It has a 14 inch dust ruffle which is not mentioned in the information, but the Overstock Customer service people got that information for me.

I would say that this comforter is definitely worth the price for a 7-piece. However, it doesn't look exactly as it is seen in the picture. The picture makes it appear to be more of an orangy-red color and it's actually closer to a maroon color. It has gold detailing, so gold sheets match perfectly. It's nice and to me looks best with really darkwood furniture otherwise, you may not be satisfied with the overall look.

I was skeptical about purchasing a comforter online, but I am satisfied with this purchase. It does not overlay around the edge of my queen sized bed as much as I would perfer, so a King size would have done the job perfectly. The price and convience of delivery makes this a good value. The comforter looks rich and gorgeous in my master bedroom. It is very comfortable to sleep under at night as I prefer a cool house. The fabirc quality is fine, it did come with several hanging strings on the comforter as well as decorative pillows. I wish the decorative pillows were a larger size though they seem like they belong on a twin size bed.

Overall, the comforter set is a tremendous value. I have seen vibrant print sets such as this in the department stores for three times as much. However, be advised that the color is a dark, brick red with yellow gold leafing and vines. It is not orange. Also, one of the pillows in the set came with a 2 inch tear in the seam. Because of the moderate quality of the fabric, I am going to put it in the guest room and not use it for daily wear and tear

I purchased this comforter set based on a review I read, and I am so happy I did. This comforter set looks like far more expensive than it was. I especially love the color, a dark and luxurious wine-colored red. Absolutely beautiful!

The color was beautiful, but the comforter was way too short.

Dimensions of comforter are deceivable. The king is not for a king its for a queen. The cal king may have been a better fit for my king size pillowtop mattress. Im disappointed that I waited to place it on the bed several months later and found this out. The gold tone thread is already unraveling after being on the bed for 4 days, however it is very warm.

NOT TO EXCITED ABOUT THIS PRODUCT, I BOUGHT A CAL KING SIZE FOR MY KING SIZE BED AND HAD TO END UP PUTTING IT ON MY QUEEN SIZE BED. THE COLORS ARE OKAY.

Color and texture is wonderful. It is more of a brick red color but still very nice. The texture is soft and light. would highly recommend this comforter!

What a great first time experience with Overstock.com! This comforter is very luxurious looking. It appeared somewhat rust colored on my computer but the color is more of a brick red (which I love). I ordered a size larger as some others had suggested and it worked out fine. The bed-skirt was a bit large but I made it work. I also bought some larger pillows to fill out the shams. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone!

I really like this set for the price paid for a king size bed. I liked the texture of the material. The color is more maroon than a true red. After reading other review's I ordered a California King for my regular king size bed and glad I did. Width of comformter seems to run a little short.

I ordered this after reading the reviews of others, and I'm VERY pleased with the set. The red color is very rich and beautiful. The gold threading throughout the comforter is very unusual as it shines brightly like pure gold when the light hits it . Very pretty! I did order the king size after reading the reviews of others that suggested to order bigger. It is really too big for my queen bed, but am keeping it anyway. Next time I would order the queen size.

I love our new comforter set. It is a gorgeous color and design. I did order a King size for my Queen bed per other recommendations on here, and am pleased that I did. It is also very warm. It has been a cold Michigan winter and I don't need another blanket with it.

This spread is really beautiful! The color has an irridescent quality about it in that it adapts to its surroundings. It looked very red when I received it, and the gold threading just shone brilliantly. I brought it home to try it out and it adapted itself to the rust and gold I had already in place. It is very rich and very nice! I also recommend that the buyer purchase a size larger than the size of the bed. I did, and am not disappointed.
