Down and feather-filled products are packaged tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove this item from its packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours for full loft recovery. In addition, products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.
We recommend that this item is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.

Feathers poking out can't sleep
I am going to have to buy some kind of pillow covers that won't let feathers poke through because the hard ends of the feathers are poking through the 220 thread material.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? fine
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I thought it was great at first but after just a couple of days the feather ends are poking out and I can't sleep on the pointed feathers.

The feathers poke through the quilted cover and they are very sharp. Don't waste your money.

Pillows are just average.
I wouldn't recommend these pillows. The feathers poke through and they smell. I had to place strong pillow covers on them and can still only use them as decorative pillows -- should have sent them back. There are better ones out there! Don't waste your money.

the ends of the feathers come thru the fabric at a great rate. its like the cloth is not strong enough to hold them in

Prickly...
The pillows are fluffy and full, but the feathers poke through the pillowcase and can get uncomfortable. It might be better for a decorative pillow vs. a pillow to sleep on.
