After receiving this comforter set in the mail, I was extremely pleased with the overall appearance and style. However, the fabric on the dark side of the comforter has worn out very quickly..in less than two months I felt it looked like I needed to replace it. Very pilly and scratchy. In fact I was on here looking for a suitable replacement when I decided to write a review. I would recommend this only on a guest room bed that rarely gets used.

I am a bedding fanatic...always looking for the next best, softest, most comfortable bedding I can find. I needed an entire set for a guest bedoom. I found this set to be very reasonable for the amount of pieces. The picture on-line does not do it much justice unfortunately. Compliments both sexes, and looks like it costs more than it really did. Even the man of the house (who does not get as excited about bedding as I do) thinks it looks very nice. I am overall very pleased with the purchase. Saved me from trying to find different coordinating pieces to get the same end result. HOWEVER, if this is a set to be used on a "high traffic" bed (dogs, kids or pillow fights) know that this WILL definitely end up with snags. Ours had 3 snags in first week and we don't have dogs, kids or pillow fights! I read that in several reviews but figured we are pretty delicate people so that wouldn't happen but it did. The texture of the fabric is almost a "gauzy" weave type of material so even a rough fingernail or toenail will catch. Also, the batting (inside of the comforter) tends to be lumpy and uneven. If you are trying to find an ensemble that LOOKS put together and looks like you spent some $ then this is your set! If you are looking for comfort, durabilty and longevity...only for a guest bed!

We bought the king-size bedding....it is very large and fits our bed well. I was a little surprised at the look of the comforter - I didn't realize it had a shine to it, I thought it was more suede-like. Also, the color is not really what it looks like on the website. It's almost more copper (like shiny copper) than tan. But it looks really nice, is very soft and silky and I love the extra decorative pillows. My husband and I were really happy with how warm the comforter is; our room stays very cold and we have a hard time finding blankets that are warm enough. We have stayed toasty warm and very comfortable. I haven't washed it yet, so I can't really speak for it's durability.....but we have 4 kids and they haven't hurt it this far. The only real downfall for me are the 2 European shams. I would much rather have 2 extra regular pillowcases than have to buy 2 new pillows just to use the shams, but I knew that when I purchased it. All in all, for my first Overstock purchase, I'm very happy with the product and the time it took to get here.

What a deal! This set was complete with everything. My husband loved it. It's not too manly but very comtemporary. The only thing I didn't like about it is the fabric on the comforter snags very easily. But over all, what a deal and it looks great. Shipping was very quick as well. absolutly love it!!! Exactly what ive been looking for. the only thing i would have to say is that the picture makes the comforter look like its brown and a light blue, but its white on one side and a light shimmery brown on the other. Other than that its made of very high quallity. Any one who see's it but doesnt know that i bought it from overstock would probably think i spent a fortune on the set. I would highly recomend this product.

I was very surprised and pleased with this comforter set. The quality was very good , the color was what I thought it would be and the price was just right. We do have animals that jump on the bed from time to time and their nails do snag the fabric, so if you have pets, be careful. We have a throw at the end of the bed which helps out with that problem. The whole package makes the bed look great, neat and clean. I would recommend this to others in a heart-beat!

I loved this bedding ensemble. It's soft, comfortable and well made. The only drawback was that I assumed from the picture that it was gray and brown. I was surpised that the underside of the comforter was white and that the bedskirt was white and brown. Other than that this was a great product and worth every cent.

Upon receipt I was thrilled with this purchase, the value for price paid was excellent! However, after the first month, the fabric from the comforter began to "pill" and look 'cheap'. I would turn the comforter to different angles that hadn't 'pilled' yet, but by the first month, the entire comforter was 'pilly'. It still looks ok from a distance, and it is comfortable, so we still use it. I just am used to having a comforter look great for at least a couple of years... this looked great for a couple of weeks. Perhaps a good buy for a guest room!

This piece is beautiful, its worth the money!!! The Quality is very good. You will get exactly what you see on the picture not a different color as it happens sometimes with some stuff bought online.

Looks fabulous, but after a short while it looks worn. Its rough in places where tiny fabric balls start to form. the comforter is also exceptionally warm. The throw pillows, euro shams, and shams, are super cute and seem to be well made

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS SET. I BOUGHT IT FOR MY SON'S APARTMENT FOR HIS FIRST YEAR OF COLLEGE. I GOT A QUEEN FOR A FULL EXTRA LONG AND IT FITS GREAT. HIS ROOM LOOKS GREAT, ESPECIALLY WITH THE THROW PILLOWS. A GREAT DEAL FOR THE PRICE.

Love the comforter set - it's gorgeous, very comfy and cozy. I've received lots and lots of compliments on it. I really like the bronze sheen to the comforter, too. It's a very classy set and not feminine or masculine.

THE SET IS VERY NICE, VERY HIGH END IN LOOKS. COLOR IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN I ANTICIPATED. I KNEW IT WAS BROWN & WHITE, BUT THE DECORATIVE SQUARE PILLOW HAS BLUE-GREY DESIGN & THE BROWN SIDE OF THE COMFORTER APPEARS TO HAVE THAT SAME BLUE-GREY THREADING, GIVING A SLIGHT BLUE-GREY SHEEN. THE BEDSKIRT & DECORATIVE RECTANGLE PILLOW ARE DARK CHOCOLATE BROWN. EVEN THOUGH I WAS WANTING & EXPECTING BROWN & WHITE ONLY...I AM DEFINATELY KEEPING THIS SET!

We were very happy with this comforter set. It looks beautiful and it's made very well... pleasantly surprised. The only complaint I could possibly make is that it's pretty thick so it gets a little hot but still, for an 8-piece set, it's money well spent in our book.

This is a Beautiful Set. Ive been looking for many years for the perfect bedding. I have achocolate and dusty blue combo in my bedroom. I could not see what color the small square pillow in the picture was, but it is chocolate and dusty blue chenille. Perfect and beautiful. The dust skirt was perfect, love the European shams, chocolate and khaki textured fabric. The whole look is very rich. Even the chocolate oblong accent pillow is quilted. Lots of texture and detail.

This is definitely a good product! The quality of the fabric of the comforter is decent, and leaves only a little to be desired. It is very comfortable, and looks nice, so its flaws are not anything important. The white side does not look as nice as the brown... which is more like a slightly shiny store-bought Starbucks coffee drink brown, a little brighter than the picture shows... but it is still alright. It has a small waffle-like texture, as opposed to the smooth brown. The pillows are great, especially the decorative one. It is so soft! And the shams are huge! I'm still working on filling them :) The fabric of the bed skirt is quite smooth and looks to be good quality... I haven't gotten it on the bed yet, but I'm sure it'll look great! I'll say it's a decent price for what you get... so a good value... but i'll leave that up to you.

This comforter set is beautiful. The only minor issue I have is that the comforter bunches a bit at the top seam, which shows as I turn the comforter down part way when I make the bed. Other than that, its very, very nice.

Where do I begin. I noticed this set during the Valentines Day Holiday. I thought this would be a perfect gift for my mom's room. My God, when I recieved, I was speechless. This set belongs in a seven star hotel. It is simply exquisite. I would recommend this set to anyone that wants a new attitude and makeover for their bedroom. Classical and Clean Lines, through and through. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Very Nice and comfortable... The colors are great... The top side I would not recomend for a house with cats because it's a snagable material. But an overall great comforter set, I love it!!
