This is my first down alternative product I've ever purchased, and you can bet I will purchase it again. Wonderful comforter, soft fabric, and LOTS of fill. It's just the perfect weight (I don't like heaviness on my feet), and keep me very warm and cozy. There was no "new" smell on it at all. I ordered the king size for my queen sized mattress, and I am glad I did - fits great. I only gave it 4 stars because like one of the other reviews, it was shorter length wise, and wider width wise. I have to really pull it up to cover my neck and chest at night. That's my only woe though. I absolutely LOVE this comforter and would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to stay comfy all night! Sqwunchie!!!

I searched for at least a month to find a down alternative comforter that would be fluffy with thread count of at least 500. I was excited when I found this. I wanted an alternative to down because I didn't want to deal with the feather pricking my skin and the feathers possibly coming out. This product is just that. The filling is pretty consistent throughout. It didn't take many hours once I took the comforter out of the package for it to fluff up. It is very warm. I like to turn my air on and snuggle under the comforter. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking. I purchased because it was from the Hotel Grand Collection. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied.

My daugher is heading to college in the fall and, as an attentive mother, my first thought is that a good night's sleep is most important. She has always loved using an alternative down comforter at home, loving the weight of the comforter (not too heavy but excellent warmth). She wanted one similar to that on her bed at home. Obviously, shopping for college can get expensive and I wanted to provide her with the comforts of home. This comforter is more than that....it's luxurious and the fabric is very high quality. I know after a long day at school when she curls up into bed, this will provide her with a great nights sleep! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone, especially those who have allergies. Down alternative is so much better for anyone who is highly sensitive to allergens.. Would not go back to feather/down comforters.

I read the reviews before I purchased this quilt, so I knew there was a small issue with size; but when I got it, I was extremely disappointed at the size discrepancy -- much worse than described in reviews. I ordered a king sized quilt, and when I attempted to fit it into the king sized duvet cover I had, there was almost a foot of extra material dangling over the bed. To make matters worse, the quilt had sewn pockets with "puffs" inside of them which protruded out from the duvet cover, making the bed look "lumpy" -- this is a big red flag to those trying to get the correct sized quilt, and one with a smooth surface.

I love this comforter! I feel like I am enveloped by sheer indulgence when I sleep at night. Need I say more?

Love this comforter! I always worry about them not being as big and fluffy as they look in the site photos but this one is great. I've had down comforters for years and have grown picky. This one is plenty big, not too heavy so you fell weighted down, but lots of cuddly warmth. Ours covers the king bed adequately. I like some overhang but not so long that it feels like a weight dragging downward. It's just right.

this comforter couldn't be better! no stupid feathers to clean up, yet it's still so fluffy. my room is chilly at night and when i get under my comforter it warms me up (and not too much that i'll wake up sweating in a few hours). the only bad thing is that i really struggle getting out of bed in the morning because it's sooooo comfy!!!!!!!

Feels just like down. I love it! It is the same quality that you would find in a 5 star hotel. This is a great alternative for allergy and asthma conditions.

I have had this comforter for about 3 weeks, and it's great! I did purchase a king size for my queen sized bed based on other reviews, and I agree that that's the best choice. It's the perfect size to cover both my husband and I. It has a nice weight that keeps you warm even on the coldest nights.

I ordered this comforter as an early Christmas present for my husband and myself - and it's going to be a Merry Christmas indeed! The comforter is incredibly silky on the outside, the stuffing inside has great loft, it's warm but not too warm, and it has a great weight to it! We are thrilled with this product. It did arrive in a plain comforter bag with no brand markings anywhere which concerned me until I opened it - the product really speaks for itself, no brand name really required. I would highly recommend this comforter!

I absolutely love this alternative down comforter! It is so soft and fluffy. Out of the box it seemed skinny but it puffed up throughout the evening and has been the best piece of material that I have ever used on my bed. It is so warm but so light laying on us. I don't have to fight over the covers either because we ordered the king size and it hangs over the sides of the bed! The length is not as long as I thought it would be but that is okay for me because I like to have my feet stick out and it still covers my husband who is 6 foot. I highly recommend this comforter for anyone who is unhappy with their current cover. You will not be disappointed especially because the price is a great buy! Get it now!

I got it so quickly--and I feel like I'm in such a luxurious hotel now that it's on my bed. It is truly over sized as it says! It is a lovely white, and the little striping reminds me of a stay in a favorite hotel of ours. It hasn't been anything but just lovely. I'm so glad I got it--and for only $XX.00?? Whew! A good Christmas present for our bed and me! I'd really recommend it to anyone.,

Very disappointed, comforter came in plain bag no labels don't think it was Hotel*Grand, sent it back.

I have looked at several comforters and selected this one because of its oversize for our King Bed. Very happy with size. It is beautiful and is not to warm. The stripes set this off for a very elegant look. Selected the alternative Comforter because I wanted to be able to wash it. Just what I was looking for and very happy ith the quality of this product.

We were looking for a comforter with all the fullness and warmth of down without the cruelty involved in harvesting most down. This is the winner! It's cozy and comfortable and has wonderful loft.

This comforter looks elegant and expensive and also chic and cozy. It can be dressed up or dressed down and compliments any style bedroom. It is thick, warm, and soft. I love that it is machine washable. I purchased a king size for my queen bed. I'm glad I did. The comforter almost touches the floor, which is what I wanted. It is very white and looks great paired with black and taupe. I can use any accent color with this comforter and give my room a whole new look. I love it!

This comforter is both comfortable and cozy. It looks amazing and the down alternative is some of the best at imitating the feeling of real down. I had an allergic reaction to one of the other comforters I get on overstock, but this one has been amazing. I got a KING sized for my queen bed so it would be able to cover with extra to drape. Good decision if your bed if more than a few inches off the ground. Will definitely buy this product again.

I am in LOVE with this comforter. It's impossibly fluffy and comfortable. My fiance and I call it "the cloud" because that's what you feel like you're wrapped up in. My mom, my sister, and I all purchased this and we love it. You will not regret this purchase.

This comforter was everything we were looking for. Light and fluffy but warm - but not too warm - it's just right. We bought the King Size for our recently purchased, very thick, Queen mattress and we now have just the right overhang on the sides.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Very puffy and has some nice weight to it but not suffocating by any means. I've had mine for 7 months and I'm still happy with it! I have a queen sized bed and bought a king size comforter since I like oversized comforters, but I do feel that it's a little too big. The ends touch the floors when the bed is made. At the suggestion of some of the other reviewers I turn it sideways so that it runs along the length of my bed as opposed to across. This matches the proportions of my bed better but I can't buy duvet covers that have unique prints on them, as they will appear sideways on my bed. This doesn't really affect me but it might be good to consider if you like duvets with interesting designs.
