Down and feather-filled products are packaged tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove this item from its packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours for full loft recovery. In addition, products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.

COMPLETE COMFORT
THIS IS A GREAT PILLOW IF YOU SLEEP IN MORE THAN ONE POSITION. VERY HIGH QUALITY. WHEN I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX IT DID NOT HAVE A VERY STRONG NEW GOOSE DOWN SMELL. IT AIRED OUT IN HOURS AND WAS READY FOR THE BED THAT NIGHT. THE FILL IS EXCELLENT, I NOW ONLY NEED ONE PILLOW INSTEAD OF TWO. IT FLUFFS UP WITH MINIMAL EFFORT, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A FEATHER POKE THROUGH. I TOOK THIS PILLOW WITH ME TO THE HOSPITAL WHEN I GAVE BIRTH TO MY DAUGHTER. IT DEFINITELY ADDED TO MY COMFORT LEVEL WHILE I HAD TO STAY THERE. I PLAN TO PURCHASE ONE FOR MY HUSBAND. THE ONLY THING I WISH WERE DIFFERENT IS IF THE COVER WAS DETACHABLE FOR EASY MACHINE WASH.

impoverished pillow
This was your most luxurious and expensive pillow. It is meagerly filled and doesn't plump or fluff as it seems it should. It lies mostly flat and doesn't provide the expectd comfort.

Goose Down Pillows
As a fan of down pillows for over 20 years, I was really looking forward to receiving these pillows. Comfort-wise, they were great, but the smell coming from the pillows was atrocious. Also one pillow was stuffed really thick and the other one had hardly any down at all. The smell actually permeated the whole bedroom. It smelled like wet dog. I kept thinking it would get better, but it didn't. I tried washing the pillows, bleaching the pillows, and as of three weeks ago, I threw the pillows away. I know I should have returned them, but I finally could take the smell no more and rather than fool with trying to return them after attempting to use them for over a month, I just threw them away. Don't know how these pillows are rated so high after my experience with them.

Goose down pillow
This is a beautiful, very well made pillow. It arrived promptly and had no smell whatsoever, even though it had been encased in plastic for shipping. This is not, however, a good pillow for a stomach sleeper, as it doesn't get flat enough when you lie on it. If you are a side sleeper, then this is the pillow for you.

Highly Recommended
I am very particular about what I use for a pillow and have long ago switched to using only down. That said, there are different levels of quality between down pillows. I require a pillow that has enough loft to keep it's shape and not flatten. I require a pillow that is not overstuffed which causes my head and neck to be in a strained position. This pillow has proven to be exactly what I want providing sufficient support without overstuffing, so this is the second time I have purchased this item. Now, with two comfortable pillows I have one to take with me to motels when I travel and one at home. With one at home and one for travel there is no risk of being without a top quality pillow if I happen to accidentally leave the travel pillow behind. Since previous reviews mention an odd odor, I anticipated my sensitive nose to notice an odd smell. I didn't find this the case and immediately used my new pillow with complete comfort. I highly recommend this item for anyone who is particular about their bedding.

Wonderful pillows
I purchased a set of these pillows in a Queen Size a few years ago and have not been disappointed. When I needed a set of King sized pillows, I selected the same ones. The firmness is perfect, they do not pack down too much and they help me get a good night's sleep every night.

Divine Sleeping
My husband has been having a very difficult time sleeping for quite a long time. His old down pillow (which was not well endowed with down to begin with), finally just started to feel like little more than a flat pillow case laying on the bed. We looked for weeks for a new down pillow that was good quality but, at a price we could afford. We ended up selecting this one and SO glad we did. This was a absolute best for the price. Quality is outstanding and he says it is the best sleep he's ever had! The thread count is the best we found anywhere and it has the perfect down fill amount for side or back sleeper. The closest I found in comparison on every feature was $280.00 and wasn't nearly as good as this one. We had decided to just purchase one at first to see what it was like.........we will now be ordering a second! Thank you O.co for making this wonderful pillow affordable for common working folks!

Size may be irregular!
Purchased two same size sets of these pillows (2 and 2) with month and a half difference. One set appear to be lot smaller in than another. So, would not give those an excellent rating. Overall quality is very good, medium-firm pillows with good quality down. Just be careful with size and request replacement if size is off. They do have them in a right size. I know now, since my second set has correct measurements, and it was too late to change the first one.
