When I first got this comforter, was a bit disappointed how 'flat' it looked compared to our old down comforter. My husband and I thought this would not help us keep warm during the cold winter nights, but decided to keep it anyway since we got it with a gift card that I've recieved, so for us it was free. After week or so of using it, it really fluffed up so it looks like what a down comforter should look alike. And so far it's keeping us nice and warm, becuase it is already getting chiller at nights here.

Yes, the comforter comes out flat but it does fluff up, just like the previous reviewers said. It took about 3 days of use for it to puff up to it's fullness. Besides, you're supposed to shake up your down comforter when you make the bed and that also helps keep it looking poofy. It's almost too warm for the summer, even with the AC@ 75 degrees here in Southern Maryland but it will be perfect in the fall and winter months, assuming you don't live in Alaska of course. I wanted to order another one but the price changed so I'll wait.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The fabric is NOT noisy like another reviewer claimed and the pockets are evenly filled and there's no shedding. Gotta to love that!

This is a nice comforter, especially for the price. It is not super thick or super fluffy, but an overall nice comforter. If you are looking for something to use in moderate to warm climates, this is your comforter!

This is a really good value. I purchased the King size for a Queen bed, and it fits nicely. Very good loft, warm and cozy on snowy Tahoe nights. You can tell it's a blend and not full down, but the feathers are not too "pokey" and the rustling sound goes away if you use a nice duvet cover with it.

Great duvet. Lovely and warm, big and puffy but the fabric stays in position, and the warmth is distributed evenly. Would purchase again!

i don't know if the other two reviewers received a better stock item than i did, but the one i got was terrible! i literally just pulled it out of the box and it was pretty flat. i fluffed it out a little and it got a little better. i folded it up and noticed one thing - noise! any which way you moved there was noise. i can't even begin to imagine sleeping with this!
