Originally, I had ordered a sheet and pillowcase set and the pillowcases sent were the wrong size. I contacted Overstock and told them but unfortunately the correct size pillowcases were not available. Overstock asked me if I would like to substitute others at no charge and left it up to me (where do you get an offer like that these days?) I chose another pair and they were sent, Overstock also did not require me to return the smaller pillowcases. I continue to be impressed with Overstock and their service. The bedding is of very good quality, especially when compared to retail stores. Thank you.

Fantastic Pillow Cases!!!
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE these pillow cases. They get softer with each wash and hold up VERY well under lots of use. I bought the white and bleach them everytime I wash and they show no signs of wear whatsoever.

Positive pillowcases very soft
Hemstitch pillowcases are great. They were purchased because I have bought the queen sheets and wanted more pillowcases. The sheets are terrific also. They all wash beautifully also.

Good for the price but not excellent
I bought them for a replacment with what I had in my kid's room. However, when the first set came, the pillow cases were made from different materials. I chatted online on Overstock.com and the representative was very nice and she told me that she would send a replacement and a return shipping label. The new pillow cases came. However, this time, one was 1 inch shorter than the other. However, they did seem to have been made from the same material. So, I kept this set and returned the first set. I was disappointed about the product but I am very satisfied with the customer service of Overstock. She was very professional and helpful. So, that would keep me coming back to the site for future shoppings.

Very soft and comfortable sheets
These sheets are great, they are soft, they laundered well, they seem to be of as high quality as some I have that are 800 thread count. I like them very much. The only thing that I'm a displeased with is that they are a little on the small size. They barely stretch over my new memory foam mattress and have actually popped off one corner before, just last week. The top sheet is a little small also, it's long enough, barely, but there is no where near enough on either side to tuck them in (I have sort of a thing about a well made hospital style bed). LOL For the price though, I can't complain and I would recommend them to others. They are wonderfully soft and comfortable. The colors were lovely (Ivory and Willow) and I like them very much. And since other 800 t.c. sheets I've bought at department stores at more than twice the price are the same in the skimpy fabric department, I don't think it would help much to pay more, you still tend to get sheets barely big enough to cover the bed. I think it's just a thing in that this industry does these days. It's disappointing, but I don't know what consumers can do about it.

Great quality
These sheets are so soft right out of the package . I washed them before I put on the bed but probably didn't have to for the softness factor. I did have to iron the pillow cases and the top band of the flat sheet but I didn't get them out of the dryer right away. I purchased the gold and the light green to go with my comforter set. The colors are very pretty. Also I have a very thick mattress because I have a topper and the deep pockets fit nicely.

Pillowcases
Ordered an extra set of pillowcases to match the Hemstitch 400 sheets and pillowcases set. Chose the sage color to match. The pillowcases were notably darker than the sheet set, but still coordinated well so decided to keep them. As the sheet set and pillowcases are all cotton, they do come out of the dryer a bit wrinkled, but I've had worse. Once they are on the bed, and smoothed out, the wrinkles are barely noticeable. As I sleep with my eyes shut, it really doesn't upset me that some small wrinkles are still evident (don't understand people who iron their sheets). What does matter is the feel, and these are silky smooth. I've only washed them once, after removing them from the wrappers, so don't know how they will hold up, but so far so good. For the money, it would be hard to do better.
