I purchased these sheets after reading the good reviews. I got the Ivory color, King size. In my opinion the ivory color is more like a very light muted yellow but that is exactly what I wanted. I have a pillow top King bed and the fitted sheet just fits. You would not be able to use an extra foam bed underneath this fitted sheet. The sheets come out of the washer and dryer great and do not have many wrinkles. I am thinking about buying another set.
Order came quickly as usual from Overstock. I ordered Cal King sheets and the package was printed "King" . "Cal King" was hand written on label so I didn't know what size they were until I put them on the bed. I'm still not sure because they don't fit quite right but they are nice enough to keep.
The sheets were a bright color, which is what I wanted. They are, however, a bit rougher than I expected, and are a cat-hair magnet. The cat hair can be easily removed, however, with a cat hair removal mitt. I hope that in time with repeated washings the roughness and the tendency of the sheets to stick to each other will go away.
I have bought several sets of sateen sheets and pillowcases, some from Overstock, and some from local retailers. Out of all of them, these feel the most like satin, whereas the others feel more like regular cotton. The colors are exactly as shown, and they wash well. My only complaint is that after you use them once, they wrinkle quite a bit, more so than the other all cotton pillowcases. Nevertheless they're a good buy for the money.
I just got these. I washed them once and dried in medium heat before putting them on the bed. The Sateen weave is unnoticeable--they feel like cheap cotton. They're thin and a little scratchy. You can see the feathers of my down pillows right through them!! Based on the reviews I expected more. I've bought better sheets for the same price. I wouldn't buy another set.
