I previously purchased a set of 1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and wanted a spare set, so I purchased these ones expecting to be a bit dissapointed after the weight and feel of my other set. When these sheets arrived the first thing I noticed was the hemstich detail and the color - which is amazing! It is actually much richer than shown in the photo. My husband and I love the color so much, we have decided to paint it on our bedroom walls which are currently a red I have loved for years. This color is not ordinary terracotta, but a redder richer, deeper color. (Not at all orangy) Very lovely with my Asian themed bedding set. These sheets have just a hint of a sheen and are very study. I love the extra deep pockets - we have a pillow top mattress with a pad on it and these sheets fit over everything with no hassle. I love the feel of the sheets against my skin and we have found that we don't need a blanket when the evenings are cooler; still the sheets breathe and keep us cool on warmer nights. Compared to the 1200 thread count set, I honestly see very little difference and honestly I prefer these because of the color - so the original set has been demoted to extra set status.

These are, by far, the worst sheets I have ever purchased. They quickly developed pilling all over the sheets, making them very rough and uncomfortable to sleep on. I'm throwing these away and trying to find a sheet set which does not feel like sandpaper after only a few washings!

These sheets were beautiful when then arrived. I washed them prior to putting on the bed. After one week of use and one more wash the sheets are showing terrible wear with pilling. I read previous reviews that shared the same experience but, I washed these sheets by themselves and still had bad results. I would recommend going to xxxxx to buy linens.

I bought these because of reveiws, Not sure why mine are pilly after one washing... Color is beautiful. I have a new pillow top bed, these still don't cover to the bottom-its not even extra thick

I have to admit, I am a sheet snob. I want my sheets super soft. I was a little leary after reading a couple reviews but I am very happy with the sheets. I think they are very soft. They are a little on the thin side. They may not last "years" but for the price, well worth it.

The color and feel was what I expected -very nice, but the sheets are not a good fit for my deep pocket queen-size mattress. They are actually too big, which is very unusual in my experience. But the strangest thing is that the pillows have been bleached of their color by contact with my face. I am a male who wears no makeup so I cannot explain why this occurred. I have other color sheets and pillow cases but have never in my life had that happen!

This product was a rip-off. After less than two months of normal / mild use, one of the pillow cases ripped at the seam and the fitted sheet is already developing the dreaded "knots" indicative of poor quality sheets. They are soft, but feel like if I pull too hard they will just rip they are sooo thin. I would not suggest these.

I thought that we could live with 400 thread count sheets, but these are TERRIBLE! Soft right out of the package (to the touch), but one wash and they were like sandpaper. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Waste of money! So disappointed.

When you wash higher thread count sheets in hot water, they will pill! You have to use cold water if you want quality sheets to last. Just an fyi. . .

These sheets are very soft on the skin and make sleeping very pleasant. I would not hesitate to order additional sets.

these sheets were pilling the first night we used them. we washed them twice to see if the pilling would cease and if the sheets would soften. they just got worse. I finally gave up and returned them. I have other sateen sheets of similar thread count, and tthey feel nothing like these.

Love the actual sheets but the color I chose, Fawn, is way darker than I expected They are very soft and nice quality cotton.

I love these sheets like you would not believe... had purchased the terrecotta color and absolutely loved everything about them!!! they were so comfortable to sleep on and even now after months of having them they have yet to pill and still feel like the first time they were washed.... i will be purchasing another set in terrecotta and in the chocolate for the upgrade to a kingsize!!!

I know that when I receive a product from Overstock.com that I will love it! I have purchased several sets of sheets and they have all been great quality!!

These sheets are so soft, never bunch up, wash well. The colors are soft and true to the photographs in the ads. I recommend them to anyone that likes the feel of satin, and yet they are cotton.

We ordered the king sheet set and are very happy with the purchase. These sheets are comfortably soft and smooth, and do not wrinkle. Will order this produce again.

I like the finish and feel of these - only thing is they can look a little wrinkled but comfort makes up for that! very soft!

I ordered these for my sons bed. He lives 6 hours away from us, and only visits a couple weekends over a 3 month period. I wanted something very comfortable, because he normally makes that drive after work on Friday. They feel great. I was very excited when they came and went home and put them in the washer and dryer to have them on when he came. As I went to put them on his bed, it was evident that the fitted sheet was the wrong size. The next day I called customer service and got the nicest person. They sent out a replacement that day.
