These are SATEEN sheets. I ordered them because the were NOT supposed to be sateen - just plain cotton pima sheets. If you do not want (or like) sateen, do not order these. I am disappointed that they are not described as such and will be returning them.

I had recently bought a 200TC sheet set and they were junky. I knew I wanted at least a 400TC set and thought I would try these...I am VERY glad I did!! I bought the Full size in white and am very happy with them - they wash great and are so comfortable! I would recommend giving them a try, you will be happy!!

Sheets looked fine when I placed them in the washing machine but when they came out of the dryer, I couldn't help but notice that they seemed to feel rather thin, and cheap. The sheets are OK, but just that OK. I just had to remind myself, "hey, how much did you pay for them" ! I'm a single Dad and I hoped for a better quality for my 24 yr old daughter. Next time I'll spend more money on my daughter.

I wanted percale sheets because in this hot Southwestern climate they are cooler and crispy. These were billed as percale, I ordered percale the cardboard insert in the plastic bag said "percale" but the ribbon going 'round the sheets and pillowcases said "sateen". There IS a difference. I've had surgery and am temporarily unable to drive so ended up keeping the sheets hoping that the ribbon was wrong. I didn't wash them before I used them the first time. Scratchy and far from crispy. They didn't even feel like sateen. I felt as though I was sleeping between sheets of fine grit sandpaper. Maybe after a wash. Washed them, ironed the pillowcases and top sheet (yes, I iron sheets) but no improvement. The color is attractive, love the hemstitching detail but I would never order them again. They feel like ordinary 180 thread cotton muslin sheets. I feel "had".

The sheets are very close to the color shown in picture. I like the thick percale and that is what these are. They are cruncy crisp. They did however come out of the dryer a bit wrinkled, but that is not a big deal to me as it is to others.

For the same price, you can find other sheets that would be more worth for your money. This one was like sleeping in linen sheets. The thread count to me was deceiving. I bought another set that had 420 TC and is so much better.

The sheets are soft and comfortable but they come out of the laundry terribly wrinkled and don't iron out even if you take them out of the dryer early. Very disappointing for the money.

These are decent, well made sheets. The color was what I expected. So we're off to a good start. Well, I'm really hoping tons of washings make these soft. I really wanted a set of smooth, soft sheets, and these are a bit coarse for me. Not so much scratchy, but it has a nap I don't care for. I constantly feel like I'm being tangled up and pinned by my own bedding because the nap of the fitted and flat sheets work against each other. So here's hoping for smooth softness with repeated washings.

For the money, these sheets were a good buy. The colors aren't as deep as I would have liked. In fact they looked a little faded from the start. Fabric wrinkles easy, it's the first time I've had to iron my sheets. They're crisp, not as soft obviously as a higher thread count, but I happen to prefer that. They washed well and didn't shrink up and I believe will last for quite some time. So overall worth what I spent on them. But I wouldn't buy them again, I'd go for something a little less wrinkly (I hate to iron).

Ordered these sheets and found they were thin, rough, and NOT percale. They were 100% cotton sateen. I even chatted with a rep online prior to the order. Item will be returned.

Could not be happier with my purchase. Very soft and warm, fits my box spring perfect. And the price was right.

As soon as I opened the package, I immediately put these sheets directly into the washer. When I took them out, I realized that one of the pillow cases was stained. I called costumer service and explained that it couldn't have been the washer because everything would have been stained, not just one pillowcase. They were amazing, really understanding and polite. I sent back the damaged sheets and got a replacement. Not only was costumer service incredible, but the sheets are too. They are soft, extra crisp and comfy to sleep on. Love them!

The 450 thread count made a soft sheet set. Quality was excellent and true to color.Remained top quality after being washed.

These were my first nice sheets. Totally worth it. I was worried that I, being an ignorant heathen, wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I already have a cheap 200tc duvet and pillowcase set, which serves me fine, and all my bedding is white so it looks exactly the same. But when I absentmindedly rearrange the pillows for comfort, these pillowcases always end up on top. Always. I check the tags and I've always managed to park these next to my face. I also find that in the night, I pull this sheet over the duvet. It doesn't get more scientific than that, right? :)Only one warning: the white sheets are a little transparent if your mattress cover is patterned or colored.You can't get a better price for the quality anywhere. I looked!I haven't washed them yet, since I bought two pairs, but they can only improve.

I purchased these sheets due to my husbands newly found allergy to man made fabrics. They are all cotton which is great. I was really amazed at the speed which they arrived. The service was terrific and hassle free. I would recommend Overstock to anyone.

WE orperate a bed and breakfast so our sheets have to be better quality and easy to care for. These are a nice buttery color, not really honey, but exceptable. The fabric is good and they wash up nicely.A little slow getting to us, we had to have them reshipped as we live out of the U.S. and expected delivery before our departure.

These sheets are wonderful! They are incredibly soft for the thread count, and fit our mattress like a glove (I hate baggy sheets)! If you're looking for a slightly higher thread count for a bargain, these are the sheets for you! I got them in two colors!
