  • Very cute pattern, but poor quality...

    I was very excited about this duvet cover, based on the reviews. I ordered the teal, which ended up being a bit lighter than it appeared in the picture. This was fine. It's still really cute and I love the color combo. My only complaint is that it ripped on first wash. Looking at the striped pattern, I could tell that it was a factory defect that caused this. The machine must not have grabbed anough material. In the end, I was so enamoured with the pattern and colors, that I decided to keep it and make the repairs myself. Still, I am not sure how many washes it will last.

    Not only is the fabric to die for, the pattern of the reverse side is spectacular if you love pattern mixing like I do. It's too bad the reversible side is not shown on the illustration but I was very happy with it. The fabric is so rich and soft I plan to not use a top sheet. The sage color if I were describing it would be called soft olive. Love it and for the price I love it twice!!! Recommend highly.

  • Gorgeous, feels luxurious.

    This duvet cover is SSOOO nice! The material feels very luxurious. I got the spice/red color, and the color is so gorgeous. I love that the shams actually fit a pillow, they aren't too big, and they don't have the ruffles around the edges which always end up wrinkled and just hanging lifelessly. This set is so nice and feels so good, I'm very glad I got it.

  • Good product

    I've had this duvet for about 3 years now and it is still in good condition. It has faded very little after numerous washes and is hasn't pilled. It is very soft and lightweight. The color is a little darker than it appears, more of a greenish turquoise, but still a very pretty color. Overall I think you will enjoy it.

  • Lovely and soft duvet cover

    We bought this duvet cover a few months ago in the sage green and we love it! It is a very pretty color and it's soft and feels very nice to the touch. It also seems to be washing well. The duvet has buttons and I wish that they would come up with a better method of closing the duvet but this duvet is beautiful and looks lovely on our bed. I would definitely recommend this duvet cover.

  • Good quality cotton but not satisfied with colour

    I was happy with the service and delivery all the way to Australia but I am not satisfied with the colour. I was expecting it to be more towards red but its actually rust. Definitely not like the picture.The other thing is that the Pillow covers are not australian standard size so doesn't fit any of my existing pillows. The dimensions should have been stated in the description.

  • Very handsome and fine quality

    The duvet cover and shams arrived attractively packaged and were exactly what I was looking for. I washed and dried them before use because I wanted to be sure that there was no color transfer to the white duvet that was going inside the cover. There was very little fuzz in the lint catcher and it was a very pale pink (I bought the red cover). The cover fit the duvet and was easy to put on. We've been using it for 2 weeks now and everything is still A-OK.

  • So soft -I love them!!!!

    I love my duvet set-the quality is superb. The colors are true to the picture. The texture is so soft. There was a slight smell at first but if you wash them it goes away.

Any kind of feather down or down alternative comforter would do. I got the Hotel Grand Down Alternative Comforter. I usually buy one size up on the duvet but found that this duvet cover set runs large, so just make sure to get matching sizes for both! diredumalde on Mar 26, 2013
