  • Very cute pattern, but poor quality...

    I was very excited about this duvet cover, based on the reviews. I ordered the teal, which ended up being a bit lighter than it appeared in the picture. This was fine. It's still really cute and I love the color combo. My only complaint is that it ripped on first wash. Looking at the striped pattern, I could tell that it was a factory defect that caused this. The machine must not have grabbed anough material. In the end, I was so enamoured with the pattern and colors, that I decided to keep it and make the repairs myself. Still, I am not sure how many washes it will last.

    Not only is the fabric to die for, the pattern of the reverse side is spectacular if you love pattern mixing like I do. It's too bad the reversible side is not shown on the illustration but I was very happy with it. The fabric is so rich and soft I plan to not use a top sheet. The sage color if I were describing it would be called soft olive. Love it and for the price I love it twice!!! Recommend highly.

  • Gorgeous, feels luxurious.

    This duvet cover is SSOOO nice! The material feels very luxurious. I got the spice/red color, and the color is so gorgeous. I love that the shams actually fit a pillow, they aren't too big, and they don't have the ruffles around the edges which always end up wrinkled and just hanging lifelessly. This set is so nice and feels so good, I'm very glad I got it.

  • Good product

    I've had this duvet for about 3 years now and it is still in good condition. It has faded very little after numerous washes and is hasn't pilled. It is very soft and lightweight. The color is a little darker than it appears, more of a greenish turquoise, but still a very pretty color. Overall I think you will enjoy it.

  • So soft, I don't want to get out of bed

    I LOVE this set. The fabric is so stinking soft and once your down comforter is inside, you literally melt inside. I love it so much I just ordered another one as a back up!

    It just arrived today but seems to be exactly what I was looking for! I bought the sage green color and its perfect for my room. I wanted a lighter weight duvet for the spring/summer and this is perfect. 2 of my friends have it as well and they dry clean theirs and have had no issues. I will go that route too. If I would change one thing it would be the shams. They have the opening on the strip side so you can't have the pillows facing that way. A side opening would have been better so that both sides were able to be displayed. A small build but would have added great value. Either way, I still LOVE it!!!

Any kind of feather down or down alternative comforter would do. I got the Hotel Grand Down Alternative Comforter. I usually buy one size up on the duvet but found that this duvet cover set runs large, so just make sure to get matching sizes for both! diredumalde on Mar 26, 2013
