Colors are brighter than I expected, and texture is heavily woven on sides. Overall I still adore it. I do agree that it's definitely not a summer comforter, but it's absolutely beautiful. One thing, description says machine washable, which was one of the reasons I chose it...but according to packaging, it's dry clean only...sigh...

This is a very high quality item at a very reasonable price. Looks and feels luxurious.

Was really disappointed with the colors of the set. In the picture, the yellow is a buttercream and the green is somewhat of a sage color. In the picture, the material also looks like a matte finish. When I received the set, the yellow is more of a bright orange yellow, and the green is more of a watermelon. The material is a very shiney Arabian Nights finish. The decorator pillows also appear to have very "tired" pillow inserts - not very plush at all. I will try to fluff the pillows in the dryer. I like the bed skirt, and may use the pillows and/or shams - but the comforter will have to go.

I was disappointed in the quality of the material. It looked much cheaper than the picture and the material wrinkles quite a bit. I thought that the cute pillow with two yellow buttons was included in the set. I don't dislike it enough to send it back, but the quality was sadly lacking.

The comforter set is wonderful, it is beautiful and really adds a richness to your bedroom. The quality is outstanding! I would reccommend using this product in the winter though as it is a VERY HEAVY comforter set. Worth every penny, I highly reccommend this product.

I ordered this comforter set to coordinate with the Antique Rose quilted bedspread I had ordered from Overstock a month earlier. The greens vary in color from sage to chartreuse and the comforter which is reversable in a rich gold completes the opposite side. The quality is obvious in the fabric, which is very heavy duty. I have a King poster bed with pillow top mattress and needed an 18 inch bedskirt which this set has. An 18 inch bedskirt of this quality on its own can be $100 or more! The three euro pillows are an added bonus. I highly recommend this bed ensemble.

This is my 1st purchase from The Big "O" and I'm not sure what to think. I was very excited when I ordered and was hoping for the best but I was a little dissapointed. This is a lovely set but the colors are actually not what I expected. They are too bright, the green is almost a lime green and the gold is very bright. I am not sure whether I can actually use it as it is very bright and the color may not work for me. The fabric, texture and quality is wonderful, very nice for the price and all of the shams are wondeful (I ordered a king set which came with euro shams also) and I also bought the set of pillows which are nice quality. It's just that the color is very bright and if that is what you are looking for, this may be the set for you!
