We purchased the mattress after my mother stayed and complained about the bars cutting in while she slept. She just spent two nights and NO COMPLAINTS. I tried lying down on the bed and it seemed to be quite comfortable. I only wish it didn't have the quited effect because the places where the threads are, you can still feel the bars.

I live in a studio apartment in NYC with my boyfriend and we sleep on a pullout sofabed every night. This mattress pad has honestly made such an amazing difference. Before we were tossing and turning every night with the sofabed frame/bar sticking through the mattress... back and neck pains, etc., every morning. I feel like I'm sleeping in a regular quality bed. This mattress pad is SO soft and comfortable just like the rest of review said and you can't beat the price. The best advantage is that the sofabed folds into a couch with the mattress pad on it, so no need to find a storage spot for it. Trust me, if you have a sofabed, buy it!!!

I bought this along with the sofa bed panel that you put underneath the sofa mattress. The combination of the two makes the sofa bed MUCH more comfortable. The mattress pad is very comfy and the mattress still folds up without having to remove the cover. If you use your sofa bed, I highly recommend getting BOTH the mattress pad, and the panel that goes underneath (prevents you from feeling the bars underneath).

combined with a memory foam 4 inch topper, this pad was a gem. It is used on a sofa bed, and because it has those little elastic corner bands, stays perfectly in place all night. The user reports a comfortable and refresing sleep. .

Bought this for a sofa bed with a lumpy mattress. Anyone who sleeps on it, loves it! I even keep it on the bed when folding it up.

The mattress cover did make sleeping on the sofa bed more comfortable for my guests. The only downside is as others pointed out...it is difficult to store after use. It's a bulky item and not easy to store in original packaging.

It's important to remember that this mattress pad is for a convertible sofa bed. While the surface fabric is very nice and the fit is excellent with wide elastic bands, the sewn sections are uneven and that causes some overall lumpiness. I'm sure I would not like this product on a regular bed, but it is a considerable improvement on the sofa bed mattress. I have not yet laundered this product, but do have some concerns about how it will fare.

We have two new sofa beds in our vacation home that were always painful to sleep on. This product made the sofa bed 1,000% more comfortable. I highly recommend. It's a great buy!

Sofa bed matress pad covers are hard to find and this one is great. It fits well and is much more luxurious than the typical matress pad cover.

The quality is great. Plush & comfy for the price. Great value! Only problem was queen size did not fit my queen sleeper sofa mattress as well as it should. Suggest buying one size larger.

We were sleeping on our sofa bed for 4 days and it was horrible. We felt the metal spring beneath the bed digging into our backs. We tried padding the bed with other pads but nothing works. This product was amazing! felt like we were sleeping on our own comfortable bed.

We got this product to, hopefully, make the sofa/sleeper in our RV more comfortable. It seems to be doing that nicely. Has good straps to hold the thing in place and so far, so good.
