- Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.

This is one best pillows I ever owned!
The Grande Hotel Collection Classic Mermory Foam Sleep Pillow, is one of the better pillow that I have ever owned! I sleep better during the night useing this pillow. I have some neck trouble, when I wake up my neck doen't hurt. It is not too frim. It is a little soft . I like my pillows frim, but I really like this softer pillow! I have only two cons with the pillow. 1. It is hard to put pillow cases on the pillow. I have to put one slick pillow case on, then put on cotton pillow case sense I don't like the slick pillow cases. 2. It could be inch thicker. Other then that, it is a really good pillow.

Not what I was looking for
I am a side sleeper and was looking for a pillow that would support me on that position. This pillow was too thin for my purposes. Also, it would be most suited to a king-sized bed as it is quite long.

Love this pillow!!
I've had neck and headache problems for years due to tension. The pillow I use seems to be the icing on the cake on whether i get them or not. I can't say they've been eliminated but there's definitely a lot less tension on my neck when I use this pillow. I even take it with me to hotels because I love it so much and it helps me sleep better/wake up feeling good. The boyfriend steals it first thing after I get up in the morning to get ready for work.

Absolutely Amazing
These pillows are fantastic!!! I absolutely lov them. I have never been so happy with my pillow that I packed it with me for vacation but this one is coming with us for sure. I also bought more for the guest room and my son's room! Love them!

we fight over this pillow
I got this pillow for my fiance, because he tosses and turns all night. Wakes up about 1am and stays up...waking me up along with him as well. The pillow is heavy, which we like, And your head just slowly sinks into heaven. I only got one for him, big mistake. I will be ordering another for myself soon. As soon as he gets out of bed, im stealing his pillow :) After reading other reviews before buying, they said that they started receiving a full nights rest with this pillow...my fiance does here and there, but not because of him not being absolutely comfy. He just has other issues :0
