Poor quality for the price
I bought this set based on seller's claims that this was Egyptian cotton and, the very positive reviews. I used the set once, after washing it. Well, it piles and therefore it is not soft at all anymore. You can feel the piling when turning in the sheets. I wish Overstock only let verified purchasers write reviews. I'm pretty sure the reviews for this items from actual buyers of the product. Incredibly overpriced relative to quality.

Excellent bed sheets!
I don't know why people are writing negative things about this product. I bought four sheets sets, in all different colors for his wedding. I don't know much about sheets, however, he and his wife told me it was one of his best gifts he received. The video was very helpful in making my decision.

So very very nice.
I was concerned about some of the comments regarding pilling of the sheets, but have not seen any evidence that mine will react in that way. All I can add to the many positive comments is that these are some of the nicest sheets I have ever slept in--not too soft, not too hard. It is a joy to get under the covers and feel these linens around me. They appear to be of excellent quality. The finish stitching on them is a nice plus, makes for a very pretty topsheet finish. It is so hard to find a nice threadcount for a twin size bed. The pockets are deep and the topsheet is oversized. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Gave 5* but not what I expected
These seemed to be very nice quality but not what I expected for $125. 500 TC is not the thickest, although they seemed very soft to the touch. What really got me however is that I ordered blue and they are NOT blue- they are a shade of green...maybe seafoam green is what I would call it. I had to return as the color was nothing like the picture and could not in anyway be called "blue", or matched my blue bedroom. Never used them but I'd still give 5*. For the price next time I will buy at *** or *** so that I can see and touch- would like something heavier too. Don't like having to pay for return shipping when something is not as described but the price of mail order.

Love These Sheets!
These sheets are of excellent quality and the fitted sheet covers the entire mattress, plus the tempurpedic foam we have on top of that. I really like that I can tuck the bottom sheet under the mattress all the way around and it stays in place. The quality is great and they are very comfortable. My husband, who never notices things like this, commented how nice these sheets are the first night we slept on them. That's saying something!

American Made
These are really nice sheets. I like the fact that they are made in America and come with a letter of appreciation from the owner. I waited to do a review so that I could offer information on the wash/wear of the product. After two months the sheets have held up well - there was a small seam that came apart in one of the pillow cases.
