These 1200 Thread Count Pillow Cases are very densely sewn and substantially thick. They are quite comfortable for this consistency and although I haven't had to wash them yet I believe they will hold up. Their embroidered ends are stitched nicely and they are very showy. My Pillows plump up after use and show less wrinkles that my other 800 ct. pillowcases show. I'd like some more for them.Read More
These sheets are something you will find in a five star hotel. They are thick, soft and everything a 1200 count sheet should be. I wish they were not so expensive so I could order another set. I ordered white and they are wonderfulRead More
THESE ARE GREAT SHEETS, I WISH THEY CAME IN SPLIT KING SIZE TOO.Read More
When the sheet arrived it was only one sheet, the fitted sheet only. No pillowcase or flat sheet. It is just a scam. Don't buy it!!Read More
I like it. Even after washing it is still good. Nice productRead More
My husband was not in bed the first night with this sheet when he said "buy another one". It's smooth, and feels substantial in the hand. We are delighted wit it, and the pillowcases too! I only bought the fitted sheet because we have some very old, very soft flat sheets. I would buy another one, but it's no longer offered separately.Read More
It may seem that these sheets are a little pricey...at least they did to me -- at first. I bought them for my son who has extremely sensitive skin. When he unboxed these babies and put them on his bed, the first thing I did was say that I had to get back on line and buy some for myself! Worth every penny. I can't wait to get my own. Shop with confidence at Overstock. I love this business and they have great customer service.Read More
these sheets are heavy, soft and very luxurious - love loveRead More
These are magnificent sheets. They are thick and feel of the highest quality hotel sheets. They have a nice perforated design on them too. I am completely happy with my purchase and even bought a second set for when this one is in the wash. :)Read More
The sheets do not compare to my Sferra Egyptian cotton that was eaten by my washer. They are not at all soft. By the way the Turkish towels were a total disappointment. The bath towels were like postage stamps and both bath and spa sheets were not as thick as regular towels I bought at Tuesday Morning. I do not think I will shop on your site again. CzRead More

No it's a single sheet. So that price you're seeing only either consist of the Flat or fitted & there is a separate price for 2 pillow cases as well. Expensive when you add the numbers, but a luxurious quality set.

Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
FAQs about Sateen Sheets
Sateen sheets are high-quality sheets woven in the same way as traditional satin. Unlike satin, sateen sheets are made with more common fibers, such as cotton. Sateen sheets are soft to the touch and allow skin to slide smoothly into bed. Sateen sheets are available in very high thread counts, and as such, are quite durable. Take a look below for some of the most frequently asked questions about sateen sheets.
