p.s. #2: Is the Queen size of this item always $10 more expensive than the King size? What's up with that?
I gave this to my son for his 22nd birthday. He called me from college to say "it was the best present ever". He loves its softness. He also appreciates the fact the button closure only takes up about a 1/3 of the bottom so that the duvet has less chance of slipping out. I bought the green one and it is pretty much the same as the picture - very muted and soft. I think this duvet cover is good value for the money....

I LOVE THIS DUVET. VERY SOFT AND FITS NICELY. I RECOMMEND THIS HIGHLY. VERY FAST SHIPPING TOO.Read More
I LOVE these sheets. They are soft and lightweight, and make the bed so luxurious. They tend to wrinkle, however, so I take them straight from the laundry to the bed and that works well.Read More
Had this Duvet Cover for 5 months and it began tearing after the second wash. After about 8 washes in a front loading washer (more gentle since there is not an agitator) there are numerous huge holes now. Would not recommend. Overstock, you guys are great as always though and are always a HUGE help!! Thanks!!Read More
Very nice duvet cover, actual color is almost identically to the picture. Size fits perfectly. Overall very pleased with this product so far and would recommend to anyone needing a duvet cover!!!Read More
I love the softness and color of this duvet. My only problem is that it says it has ties to hold the comforter in place, but mine didn't. Now my comforter slides all over the place and drives me crazy. Other than that I absolutely love it.Read More
Really soft duvet cover. Have not had any issues with pilling in the 3 months I've had this cover. The one thing I notice is that my comforter seems to move a lot inside the cover. It's not unusual for me to wake up with the comforter in a ball inside the cover. Originally bought the ecru based on the picture (looks light gray in the picture but it is a beige/off white), but sent it back because it wasn't the color I was expecting.Read More
This fabric is lovely. It's soft, & flows well. We ordered the duvet cover in ecru, & the sheets in white, thinking it would end up looking something like the picture. The sheet is a nice pure white, but the duvet cover is a pale cream, nothing like the ecru tone in the image (& my screen is calibrated, so colors should appear fairly true), and so they don't go together very well.Read More
Questions & Answers
Thank you for your inquiry; you will be contacted by Customer Care.
p.s. I meant to ask earlier: What is the manufacturer (brand) of this duvet cover? And where are they made? And did I read somewhere that it's possible to get a fabric sample before purchase? Somewhere I read of this possibility but I can't find it now.
Thank you for your interest. This item was made in China. Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose the manufacturer of some of our products; however, Overstock.com stands behind every product we sell. Samples are not available on our site---we apologize. Please feel free to contact us again with any further questions.
First, the description says the cover has interior ties, but some reviewers say that is not true. Can someone (preferably at overstock) confirm whether it has them or not? Second, a reviewer on the site for the King size of this same cover says the Ecru is actually a "creamy color with yellow undertones" -- Does that sound right to anyone else who has the Ecru color? Third, to Overstock, your return policy is a bit confusing. If for example the cover arrives and the color does not match the color shown online, and I don't even open the product, do you do a full refund? Thank you. Carolyn
Thank you for your interest. This item features a button enclosure and not interior ties. For ecru, it is an undyed color, which sometimes does vary depending on when the item was produced. It can be described similar to a cream color or ivory color. As for the refund, a full refund is issued depending upon the condition of the returned item. Please let me know if you need any additional help. Please feel free to contact us again with any further questions.
