We were looking for a light blanket for our summer sleeping, and this filled the bill and then some. It has a luxurious feel to it. we have a queen bed, but ordered a king instead of the full/queen. We avoid blanket hogging this way. We may just use it all year round, with a heavier quilt on top during winter months.

This blanket has luminous color, a very soft touch, tight weave, and great finish on the edges. I found the blanket for which I was searching .... mid/light weight, durable, and machine washable. The platinum color was true to the picture and would complement any room with nickel or pewter, shiny or antique finishes.

I was very pleased with this blanket. I was looking for something light for summer and this fit the bill. I have a king size bed and this fit perfectly. Most times, you get things for the bed and they only have a few inches go over the side. This blanket goes well over so my husband and I don't have to fight over it! I have to admit, though. I didn't wash it. Some other reviews said it lost its softness after washing and I didn't want to lose that. Very please with this product - and Overstock. You guys rock!

This blanket was so gorgeous when I got it that I ordered another for guest room- then I washed it.After washing it loses gorgeous sheen & is just another cotton blanket.I don't know what 'zero-twist' means.Anyway it is very comfy but the little decorative pattern can pull easily.Not much lint.Overall I'd keep looking...you can probably find something a little nicer for the $$.

Received yesterday. Wahed and dried. No pilling and lint. It is great for summer and winter. We love this blanket. Will buy again

I have been searching for months to find the perfect blanket for my new comforter set, and I finally found it! I was so thrilled to find this product, even more thrilled when it arrived. The look & feel was more than imagined and pictured. Most of the reviews I read were accurate, however, when I washed my product in the machine (as indtructed), the blanket faded some and the soft, supple feel is gone... This is not due to my inability to wash. Anyone who knows me will tell you when it comes to washing clothes & the maintenance of my fabrics - I am the best! This was something that apparently, could not be avoided. The only thing that keeps me from rating this product as Excellent is this fact, the look & feel is deminished...

I love this blanket. it's the perfect weight for summer. I like to be covered and this does the job without being heavy, no urge to kick it off during the night. After reading the other reviews, I ordered the king for my queen bed. Good advice.

I bought this blanket in smoke a few months ago and I love it. NOTE PET OWNERS--This blanket CAN snag; it happened to me-a small one-and but I was able to fix it.. It is tightly woven and a nice change to the "basket weave" type blankets. It has a nice hem on all four sides of the blanket, so there's no hunting for the top side. There IS a texture difference from one side to the other, but after a few washes in hot water and fabric softener, I did not find it scratchy as some other reviewers noted. I am very happy with my purchase. I gave 4 stars for the snagging--that's all. It's worth every penny!

I've never had a blanket anything like this. Right out of the package it kind of felt like a thick curtain material although it is soft. It has a very tight weave but still snags some from my dogs' claws. Despite this, I still really like it. It is very attractive and feels good to sleep under. It washes well and becomes less stiff with every wash (although it does lose some of its sheen).

Soft and warm, not cheaply made. Really love this blanket!

Very impressed with the quality level of this blanket, and at a good price. I like the texture of it. This is the kind of blanket you'd find in high-end luxury hotels. I haven't washed it yet, but I think it'll hold up well, unlike other cotton blankets I've used. Very good investment.

This just wasn't what I had expected based on the description. This went back immediately.

Can use this blanket as a bed spead. Really looks great.

I immediately noticed pulls on the blanket material and they continue to grow. A very poor quality product from India. Not at all worth the money. Very dissatisfied.

This blanket came in just a few days- it is much nicer than I expected. The construction of this blanket is very tightly woven and has a beautiful design in it. The fabrication is very soft and washed up beautifully- even softer after washing. I don't believe this blanket will every "pill" or look old due to the high quality cotton that was used in the construction. Not sure of the definition of "feather touch mercerized zero twist" but it must mean VERY LUXURIOUS HIGH QUALITY! The blanket is like a lightweight coverlet instead of a blanket. It would work well as a stand alone summerweight bed covering or layered in with our down comforter for the winter time. Another "O" perfect purchase!

Lovely blanket and generously sizedd, i.e. pay attention to the size.. I didn't really and bought a King, as I usualy do for our Queen sized bed, and it is pretty long on all sides. The "smoke" is a really beautifully calm, cool color, but be aware that the grey has just a hint of a greenish tinge and will thus go better with greenish sheets than bluish ones. i curently use it with grey sheets and it looks very elegant. In terms of workmanship adnd softness this might well be the nicest cotton blanket I have ever had.

I purchased one blanket in King-Sage as a gift and one in Full/Queen-Smoke for myself. They are absolutely gorgeous!!! These lightweight blankets are extremely warm due to the Mercerization process. I was fortunate to have these delivered before our recent bout of very, VERY windy weather and the blankets are an absolute treat. The tight weave is keeping out the pesky drafts. Both have been laundered in a commercial washer and dryer and there were no ill effects on the fabric. They came out of the dryer incredibly soft with no visible shrinking or fading. I HIGHLY recommend commercial laundering since there appeared to be quite a bit of lint right out of the box that might be a bit too much for the average washer and dryer. The Sage is a true light grayish green and the Smoke is a beautiful blue gray with lavender tinge. Highly recommended for those who: have drafty rooms love soft, snuggly blankets want high quality cotton (my blankets say "Made in India")

It was hard to find a grey blanket for my platinum and grey color scheme, but the smoke color is nice. It is slightly blue though. The blanket is a well made strong material, very hotel like. But the texture is nicely woven and soft on one side and solid and rough on the other side, almost like a curtain. Slightly disappointing for that reason, but my sheets separate me from the dull side and thats ok.
