The pattern looks way more contemporary online. My husband and I both liked it in the photos. When we received it, he said it looked old-ladyish (we are 35 and 38, so some might even call us old;-) I generally love blue and yellow together. The blue met my expectations. The yellow is so bright it hurts. It even looks lime in some lighting. If you like bright colors, you would love this. I loved that it was reversible, but I would never, ever flip it to the yellow side unless I was trying to land a helicopter in my yard. The quality seemed average but I am no expert on it because I shoved it back in the package without ever laying on it. I asked my hubby to rate it 1-5 stars and he said, "I hated it." We'll call that fair;-) It's just a matter of personal taste. I do love overstock.com though and this is the first ever time and I have been a little let down, and it could've been my computer monitor playing tricks on me.

I was looking for an off white, cream color as depicted in the description and picture. This comforter is a very "antique" white, more goldish yellow. Did not go well with an elegant room, more 'country little girl' feel.

It is a bright lovely lemon yellow. It looks great in our bedroom.

Material is a nice quality. The yellow in the duvet and the yellow in the pillows are slightly off. The yellow in the pillows is more lemon yellow where the duvet yellow is more sunshine yellow.

It's more yellow that I pictured. It's OK but would not have purchased it if I had seen it in a store.

Very pale yellow- easily shows dirt so if your child is not meticulous perhaps pass over.

The yellow was brighter than the picture and the pillows are not very high quality, but for this price you don't usually get pillows.

The fabric was looked and felt nice, however, the color was more on the yellow side. I was more unhappy with the fact that I had to pay ** to return to Overstock.

very nice set...it is a lime green color though not yellow and the white is actually grey. I had read the reviews so knew this. Very vibrant.

I always read a lot of reviews before I buy anything. The reviews on this quilt are true. The yellow is vary pretty and it fits my king size bed real nice. I love it so much that I bought two.

This i This a beautiful duvet set. The contrast between the gray and yellow is striking. The yellow is not "neon" as some other reviewers state, but more of a lemon yellow color. I would definitely recommend this set.

The accents on the bedding are yellow not a tan color (like it appears to be in the picture). Even the picture on the outside of the packaging it is tan not yellow. I can still use it in the room I was planning on using it in. Over all the quality seems to be average but for the price I am very pleased with my purchase.

I like the the light weightedness of the coverlet but I was disappointed in the colors. The yellow is a gold.My bed frame is older so it is higher off the floor than the King size length. I am thinking about adding on to the sides so I won't have to see the blanket peeking all around. I just wish there had been another length that would have fit perfectly.

I love this set! I bought a cal king for my queen bed because I like my comforters a little big. The only complaint I have is the yellow pillows. They look like a muted yellow in this picture. They are not muted, I would compare them to the yellow of a highlighter but more obnoxious. The yellow on the blanket isn't nearly as obnoxious as the pillows are though. Overall I like this set though. The blanket is fluffy and comfy and a decent material. Worth the cost.

Very pleased with delivery and price is excellent. I orderd the King size and I use it on my Queen bed, dont have to use a bedskirt this way. The color is a bright yellow, not pale. The quality is very good. It can be reversed. It has some weight to it, but not too heavy. I use it as a cover as well.

I really do like this set, however the yellow on the comforter and the pillows do not match. It's nothing that drives me mental but it is apparent. Secondly, the pillows are rock hard. The comforter and shams wrinkle like crazy, so if you're not a fan of making your bed be prepared for that. Other than that I'm really pleased with this set.

This duvet set is beautiful, but the color does not match the pictures. As a result the background color of the duvet matches my walls and looks bland. Luckily the black details and comfortable fabric make it worth keeping. The striped reverse side is a nice feature.

I am very pleased with this spread! I followed the suggestion to get a king size for our queen bed, and it is perfect with no need for a dust ruffle. We have a footboard, tho, so it would not cover to the floor on the end if you don't . The color is a nice pale yellow and really makes the room look sunny.

Product quality and comfort is awesome, but when customers said it came too yellow, it is just that. I returned it for that reason only and am writing this review to help with future clarification. The color is almost beige with a very yellow hue; much darker than you would expect from the picture. I kept the matching sheets, because the facbric is great and doesn't show with my set-up. As long as you know what to expect with the color dilemma, this is a great deal!
