This is the PERFECT pillow!
I can't believe people may think this is too firm. So soft and nice, definitely is a famous maker. I bought one for 3 of my family members and we are all very pleased. The foam core prevents it from going flat and the down makes it super soft. Don't hesitate on this purchase, its a good one.

Good quality, but not what I was looking for
I am apparently on the eternal search for my perfect pillow, and this is not it. I hesitate to give a star rating, because pillow selection is so subjective. I tried to rate based on my expectation from the description. I have been trying to find a pillow that is the perfect combination of plush softness and support. Perhaps this does not exist. This pillow is too firm for my taste. The good: it does not go flat. That is one of my main objectives in my pillow search. The bad, it is very, very firm/hard. It is not fluffy at all, as I expected. I think the foam core is a very dense foam, perhaps the memory-type foam, and I do not like that type of pillow. I was hoping that this was soft down surrounding the lighter, springy latex foam. It is not. I have been alternating using this pillow for its ability to not go flat, with my siberian goose down pillow, also purchased on Overstock, which is the perfect fluffy soft, but goes flat as a pancake during the night. In the meantime, my search for the perfect pillow continues. I selected "yes, I would recommend to a friend" only if that friend were looking for an extremely firm pillow.

Nice Pillow, but ...
This is a nice pillow, but I find it a bit too high for my head when I sleep on my back. I'm hoping it may compress a bit after using it a while, but it hasn't after the first 2 weeks.
