This blanket is so warm you can shut off the heat in your house when you go to bed. Never had anything like it before!!!!!

The blanket was exactly as described! We had trouble finding a down blanket anyplace else and were pleased to find this one. We live in South Florida and like the luxury of down but need something lightweight. This was the perfect blalnket for our needs.

Overstock keeps yapping at me, so here's my review. The seafoam color is pretty, more aquamarine blue than green. It's tailored and doesn't have a satin binding, so it won't catch on dry skin or raggy nails. The maker is Front Gate, so I'm recommending on that basis alone. I've purchased from them and never been disappointed. I expect to be happy with this item also, WHEN I get around to putting it on the bed.

Great Blankets. Good quality and exactly what I expected when I purchased them. Because they are extra long I find that I can lay a twin size crosswise on a queen size bed as a nice top cover.

I wasn't certain how this would turn out and i was really banking on the reviews i had read before purchase. i haven't washed it yet but am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the blanket. i nearly bought the king i am so glad i didn't as my bed is a low profile queen and it swamps my bed. more then enough to share for two. :-) the color is very true to the picture i bought the espresso. i dont have feathers falling out and the baffles are sewn very well. i have only been too warm once and well that had nothing to do with the blanket. i use just this blanket now instead of my duvet. i cannot imagine needing anything else but i live in centennial CO so the weather is not freezing unlike the NE. i was able to turn my thermostat way down to 58 and not feel cold at night with just this. i will update the review after i wash the blanket

I was very pleased with this item! It's very soft; warm, but not heavy or bulky. The color "seafoam" would go well with aqua or green. Other reviews noted an odor from the down, but there is no odor to this one.

This blanket is exactly want I wanted and at half the price offered in the "famous maker's catalogue". If you are looking for warmth without the bulk of a down comforter, this is for you. I use it under a thin top quilt (the quilt is for looks) and it keeps us cozy and warm.

This is without a doubt the most comfortable blanket I have ever owned and will probably be purchasing more in due time. It is lightweight and yet very cozy, comfortable and warm without heavy, bulky weight. The size is perfect for a king size bed with ample length on the sides. Color is slightly lighter than photo, but neutral. I absolutely love it.

I wasn't sure what the difference was between a "blanket" and a "comforter" and i'm still not. This might be thinner than a comforter. In king size, there is so much cotton material that it weighs more than i expected, and the down is not at all lofty- its pretty flat like in the picture. But somehow it does provide sufficient warmth. Maybe because its all down rather than a mixture of feathers and down, so it has the warmth without the bulk. With a duvet cover, we've been using this at night with outdoor temps way below freezing, and the thermostat set to 54. The espresso color is a very nice brown.

Was looking online for a down blanket for months and I kept coming back to this one. I wanted king size, cotton cover, washable and high fill power. This one fit the bill and the price was good. Ad said "famous maker" so I thought I'd take a chance. When it arrived I was pleased to see the "famous maker" was a company that sells high end stuff and this blanket cost only a fraction of the "real" price. The proof was in the use of the blanket. I am very happy with it. It is oversized which really fits my king bed, lightweight and cozy warm. I am very happy with my first purchase from Overstock.

I love this blanket! It's light weight, warm and comfortable, so what else could you ask for. The ivory that i ordered was true to color, very pleased with that ! This was bought as a present for my grandson who is in the Air Force in Washington State, but liked it so much that I will be ordering one for myself.

Bought 2 , this is the very best down BLANKET you could ever find. It is light weight but very nice and warm... it is very generous in size, it is washable.. it is classy, the colors are fabulous. I love it so much, my daughter bought me another color for christmas, so that I can change colors in other seasons. This is an all season blanket. Believe me, I SEARCHED and Searched for the right blanket, buying several that did not measure up. I haven't washed it yet, I am hoping that it will still be great after its first wash.

I was so happy when I opened the package. It's exactly what I wanted & it's washable. I'd reccomend this to anyone who appreciates quality at a great price! I will most likely purchase more for family or friends.

I purchased 2 of these, one as a gift and one for myself. Order was not guaranteed for Christmas, but it was delivered Fri 12/23/11. The blanket is just wonderful. The cotton cover is soft. The blanket is very light but warm. We keep our heat at 64 at night and I do not need any other cover. I have a duvet with down alternative that was so heavy it was uncomfortable. It is now just folded at the bottom of the bed to look pretty, but the blanket it what we use to keep us warm.
