You get what you pay for. My husband and I vastly prefer extra firm down pillows. These seemed like a bargain at this price. You really do get what you pay for. They're not very firm at all.

I bought the extra firm and let them air out overnight as it recommends. WOW! Guess 1 person needs 2 of these for themselves! VERY disappointed. Can't sleep with these pillows alone. They are very squishy, lose shape as I bought the king sized and extra firm is way too soft! I would not recommend these to anyone with neck problems as I have. Horrible pillows unless you want to throw pillows shams on them and use them for decoration on your bed and then don't lay on them because they will become a jumbled mess!

comfortable for watching tv, reading, or for a second pillow, but doesn't meet my definition of 'extra firm'. not enough support for a side sleeper, or back for that matter. nice and fluffy to touch, but once you lay your head down, all you can feel is mattress. will keep for my shams, but still looking for the right pillow.
