- Freshness Assured Down is meticulously cleaned, undergoing up to fifteen complete washing cycles to ensure it's clean and free of dust or odor. Hot soapy water breaks down oils and eliminate dust, residue and other impurities. A final unique anti-microbial treatment eliminates bacteria and fungus while adding protection from dust-mites. The drying cycle uses temperature and humidity to maximize loft and eliminate dust. Finally, the down is ozonated to ensure a final elimination of bacteria and odor

Dimensions
Down and feather-filled products are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove them from their packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover their full loft. In addition, being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes causes the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
We recommend that this pillow is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.
