Like a lot of people, I didn't know if 100% down pillows were even available any more. Some maufacturers try to trick you by referring to a man-made material as down. Others advertise down pillows which are only 5% down, 95% feathers. THESE ARE THE REAL McCoy! I haven't had a real down pillow since I was a kid. You cannot beat these for the price, TGF OVerstock.com! BTW, the next step up from these is Eider down, which cost in the thousands. I would go with these :>)A few more comments: If you've never slept on a down pillow before, you need to know a frew things:(1) If you're used to a foam pillow, these do not bounce back in the same way. You sink in. If you want more support during the night, just fold the pillow over on itself or bunch it up. (2) For appearance, when making the bed, shake the pillow at both ends and the middle. They will fluff up to original size. (3) DO NOT WASH!!! You will take the oil out of the feathers and ruin the pillow. Take them to a professional dry cleaner. They will remove the down from the ticking and toss it in a machine with a UV light to kill any bacteria. Then they wash the ticking separately. If the ticking needs replacing, they will provide a new one. ENJOY!

These pillows are comfortable and hold up well- I'm not sure why the thread count of a pillow matters since you put a case over it, but I suppose that's a personal preference. Other than that, I recommend them to all you fellow down lovers :)

This would be a amazing pillow if it was filled better. The pillow becomes almost totally flat when your head is resting on it. It doesn't provide enough support.

I don't like the gusseted design, I thought I was getting a normal pillow

These pillows are nice but very firm. I am hoping they will go down some. I use them for a arm rest when I sleep on my side.

Pillow's nice! It's a little less soft than I wanted, but I am certain others would like it a lot. It is obviously very high quality, made from high quality materials. The most amazing thing was Overstock.com's delivery! We ordered it one afternoon and it was delivered the next morning! Talk about customer service!!!!!

The down inside is nice and fluffy, but I was hoping it would be softer on the outside. My standard size down pillows are so soft and I couldn't give them up to use this one even though we bought a king size bed. Maybe it will soften up with time. For now I lay my old down pillows on top of this one for sleeping and just use the new one for show.

I had recently purchased this pillow (set of 2) from Overstock. I am very dissapointed with them because there is absolutley no fill or fluff at all. They go flat when I rest my head on them and they do not go back to the orignal shape. It is not worth at all for the money I paid. I would not purchase pillows from Overstock as they are not as what the reviews says...!

This is a nice soft pillow that is great for bunching up to sleep on. My husband and I both like super soft pillows and this one worked well.

My girlfriend likes down pillows, so I purchased these for my home. She says they are the best she's ever used & worth whatever I paid for them. Now she sleeps over much more often. Money well spent!

I bought this pillow initially for mysefl(I'm a side/back slepper) but when I got it and tried it out I was first really dissapointed. It was a nice pillow, quality/fabric wise, but so thin. There wasn't enough down filling in it for me to sleep on. Luckily my husband also needed a new pillow and he sleeps on his stomach. I gave the pillow to him and he loves it. Turns out its the best pillow he has ever slept on. He sleeps really well and wakes up rested without any neck pains.So if you're looking for a pillow for a stomach sleeper then this is the right pick for you!

I love these pillows they are very comfortable and of really good quality. If these pillows were offered in a little firmer pillow, I would love them all the more.

Great down pillow - so comfy. Feels like I am sleeping on a cloud. It is 'smushy', so if you prefer firm pillows, this may not be the one for you. It works best with a pillow behind it. I would recommend this product!

Great value for an all-down pillow. I got the King for the same price as the queen. It could have been better with a few more ounces of down.
