WONDERFUL AND WARM
 from KENTUCKY,  Dec 9, 2006

FABRIC IS SOFT AND HAS NO SMELL. BAFFELS ARE EQUALLY FILLED. THE INNER BAFFEL DESIGN WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST SELLING POINTS. THIS COMFORTER IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY. RECEIVED JUST IN TIME FOR A COLD SNAP, FIRST NIGHT OF USE IT WAS 16 DEGREES, TURNED THE THERMOSTAT DOWN TO 68 AND WAS WARM ALL NIGHT LONG. EVEN MY CAT GIVES IT TWO PAWS UP.

Poor Quality
 May 21, 2007

This duvet is extremely poor quality. Very low fill count and flat - never puffed up. It does not fill out my cover and if I hadnt already thrown the box away I would send it back. I do not recommend this product at all.

Sleeps well now
from New York, NY,  Jun 2, 2007

Not as thick as my former down comforter, but this one is light and I'll be using it year-round. There's a very good distribution of down throughout thanks to its design and it is very fluffy (more so due to air than actual feathers).

very warm comforter
from Winston Salem, NC,  Mar 14, 2012

The comforter was exactly as I expected. However, it is too warm for our moderate piedmont NC climate. I can use it only in the coldest months. I do like that it feels extremely lightweight, as if there is almost no weight on you when you sleep under it.

Good Bargain!
 from Massillon,Ohio,  Feb 26, 2009

:This down comformer is well worth the money you are paying for it because of the quality of this article.I was very impressed when I received it .I did not smell an odor and it was somewhat wrinkled but that is to be expected during processing and shipping..Its light weight but it very cozy and warm.i live in ohio so our temperatures here get low of a night but I haven,t had to turn up the thermastat or add another blanket to my bed.So for the money this is a very good buy.

Warmth without weight
from Chicago area,  Jan 29, 2009

After piling on blankets for years in order to withstand the cold of a Chicago winter, we finally agreed to try a down comforter. We could not believe the warmth from such a light weight cover. We are delighted with our purchase and only wish we had done it earlier! It looks attractive and provides the right amount of warmth without the weight of heavy quilts and blankets.

Good value - warm enough
from Chicago, IL,  Feb 24, 2008

At first, we thought this comforter was too thin. However, upon using it, we've grown to like it and feel it keeps us warm enough. We use several other very thin old cotton quilts under it. We sleep with the heat turned down low (58-60 degrees) and we've made it through the brutally cold Chicago February this year. Our old comforter (the "super smoker" as my husband called it)was much thicker, and really too warm. So, we've grown to like thisone -- and for the price it is a good value.

Warm Warm Warm
 from Oklahoma,  Nov 27, 2007

Very warm and possibly a little warmer than I wanted. Not sure this could be used year around but perfect for the winter. Seems to be made well and fits my duvet perfectly.

Fantastic
from Medina, OH,  Nov 11, 2007

I have had many down comforters before but none that come close to this one. It always seemed to me that nobody ever made a comforter or blanket that actually fit the bed properly but not in this case. Not only does the size extend over the edges of the bed more than just a few inches but it also packs a lot of punch with softness, warmth, and light weight, all musts for a great comforter. The baffles keep the down in place so there are no areas where there are clumps of feathers or bald spots. This product is a gotta have for anyone shopping for new bedding or replacing an existing comforter.

Nice product
 Apr 20, 2007

The product is as described, and is a good value. The Baffle box design allows down to stay distributed, where previous down comforters I have owned have always resulted in the fill settling at one of the comforter.

Good Buy!
from Inland Empire, CA,  Apr 16, 2007

This comforter is worth every penny! At first, I didn't know if the quality is as good as the reviews, but it turned out to be a very good comforter. It is light and fluffy, in fact you should consider having a cover to add some weight. The baffle box is an important feature, it holds all the feathers in place. Not much order, can't really smell it, I used it right away.

Corners were too thin with fill. Disappointed in the actual size, width smaller than my cover, and smaller than listed width.

warmth
from Madison, WI,  Mar 17, 2007

I'm pleased with this product. I've become spoiled with Egyptian cotton sheets and a thread count snob... and I really am pleased with this product. It's VERY soft and warm. I'm not sure we'll be able to use it in the summer it's so warm, but this has not been tested yet.
