It feels like down but it's wool. Better for heat regulation through the night... I just LOVE it!Read More
This is one of the finest purchases I have ever made! I use this as a blanket and it is lightweight and warm. The other bonus is that the weight is perfect for anywhere! It seems to be the perfect comfort level no matter how cold, cool or warm it is. The wool really makes a difference. I came back to the site to order another for my quest room, but have to wait until it is back in stock.Read More

100% natural materials at an amazing price. We're both sleeping better, and it keeps me warm and him cool, at the same time. Couldn't be happier! Unless maybe the fabric was organic...hint hint Overstock? :-)Read More
I was very hesitant to get this comforter at first because there weren't any reviews. However, I am SO glad that I did. This comforter is wonderful! I've purchased "down-alternative" polyester filled comforters before (not from Overstock and for much more money), but they would always become bunched and hard in some areas. I wanted the feel of down without having to harm an animal in the process. A few other plus-sides to this wool filled comforter: Wool retains it's shape, so, as long as you don't throw it in a washing machine, there's no need to worry about it losing it's "fluffiness". No strong odor (actually, I didn't notice any odor) to air out once you receive it. Animal friendly. Wool can last many many years. You won't have to worry about purchasing another comforter in a couple years. Wool is a temperature regulator, which is why it's perfect no matter what the season. I have a queen size bed so I ordered the king size comforter...the fit is perfect. The 400tc comforter is also wonderful. It's very very smooth and a VERY crisp white. Beautiful. If I could, I would give the comforter one million stars!! Well done again, Overstock--perhaps you should consider getting wool filled pillows as well :)Read More
This is a wonderful comforter! It's everything I hoped for. The blanket does not slide off the bed at all and it curves/hugs your body nicely. My husband and I both love it and I have enjoyed having warm feet upon crawling under this comforter. It makes for a great night's sleep, never too cold or too hot, so go get one for yourself! It's an amazing value too. We ordered the King size for our queen bed which works perfectly! Also, it does NOT smell like some reviewers said it does, and yes, it's not flyffy but oh is it ever soft! We highly recommend this comforter. Wool is just so amazingRead More
This product is wonderful. It is light and so fresh feeling. It keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. I've never seen a blanket/comforter I like this much even in high end hotels.Read More
When I visited Australia, I experienced a wool filled comforter for the first time...I have been looking for a nice priced one since 1999...so I ordered this from Overstock. I am extremely pleased. These comforters provide natural warmth...far superior to anything Down. When you get under a down comforter it takes a while to warm up...place a wool comforter on you and you are instantly, and I mean instantly, insulated and relieved of any cold feeling...yes its all warm from this point forward! This is your answer...I love down for the summer, for cold winter nights...wool is the way to go. This product is perfect...try it out...you won't be disappointed.Read More
I've been searching for a NON-Down feather comforter that is actually warm and has some weight. This is the one! DH loves weight in his covers, I just need to be warm! Our bedroom has very high ceilings, and a fireplace which makes it the coldest room in the house. I've thrown out more blankets than I can remember that just don't work. Last night was 1st night under the blanket, and I didn't wake up once freezing cold. I haven't put it in a Duvet yet, it's not big, fluffy and full like a down or down alternative. If you are looking for PLUMP, you'll be disapointed, but if you are looking for warmth and weight, You'll love it. It's 100% cotton cover, and 100% wool inside, all box stiched so there should be no shifting... Bottom line, if you have a cold room, get the blanket.Read More
