I purchased two of these. Fabric quality to me is not even close to Egyptian cotton. These robes are not the soft quality I would expect. My regular Terry cloth bathrobes at home are softer than these. Sizes are a bit smaller than expected. The X-LG was too small for me. at 6.0' 225lb.

I bought this online because it is difficult to find 100% terry robes in stores. It feels great after a shower and is of a comfortable medium weight. I ordered the pink in large (I wear a size 14) and it fits fine. I washed it in warm water and dried it on low dry and there was minimal shrinkage. If you like a generous overlap, I suggest you consider one size larger than what you normally wear. You can't beat this robe for the price!!

This item is called an Egyptian Luxurious Cotton Robe, and it is, but what the description doesn't mention is that it is from the Four Seasons hotel chain. I ordered two robes for my husband and me, taking it for granted that they would match, but one robe has the Four Seasons tree logo on the front and the other does not. One is perfectly white and one is almost gray. They are definitely soft and thick, but if you are ordering one be aware it may have the logo on front (which you may or may not want) and if you are ordering more than one be aware that they won't necessarily match. If I had the time and inclination I would send them back so that I can have two matching robes without the logo, but I don't.

I have had this bathrobe for only 5 months and it is already coming apart at the seams. It is not well made. I have had other terry bathrobes for years and have never had this happen before. I would not reccomend this product!

I love the feeling of a heavy terry cloth robe right after a shower. I have been using heavy terry cloth robes for almost 20 years. My local department and outlet stores seemed to only carry micro fleece or whatever the heck that really light, completely unabsorbant fabric is. Anyway, I ordered a women's XL because I love having too much robe wrapped around me and the darn seams are already splitting apart. I only wear the robe for about 5 minutes - I don't do aerobics in it - I don't lounge in it for hours - 5 minutes a day! I've only had the robe a few weeks and it's already falling apart. Don't waste your money on this very cheap piece of merchandise.

I was hoping this would be more "plush" and full - it was fine for what I needed, but I think I'll look for a velour robe the next time around.

This robe runs at least a size too small. It is falling apart after just one wash with neumerous holls along its stiching lines. I would not recommend this product and I wish I could get my money back.

Cheap price but also a cheap product. I washed the robe one time and the threading is coming apart. The robe looks good but the workmanship is poor. After washing, the robe also piled and alot of the material came off or had to be cut where it gathered up. I was fooled by the savings comment from the retail price. This is not an expensive robe offered at a good discounted price. It is a cheap robe offered for a relatively cheap price. No bargain here.

I just bought a new bathrobe to use for when I get out of my new hot tub. I love it!! I could not find this kind in any store!! I looked in 6!! Thank you very much for a great robe!

Everything about these robes did not meet my expectations. There are threads and fraying after first wash, the white robes look grey next to true white towels, and the terrycloth is poor quality. There is no luxury about these robes at all and they look quite worn (used) after the first wash.

Not plush at all, could have done better at a big box store.

Order pink terry cloth robe for Christmas gift. Down one side we found rip in fabric by seam so I was able to sew along seam line. Robe started shedding on everything, needs to be washed several times. It is very pretty pink and price was good.

After receiving this robe, I realized that it was ver rough and itched when put on. So I washed it and threw it in the dryer. I swear that half of the material was in the lint screen. I thought egyptian cotton was supposed to be ultra soft. Was I surprised. Not a very comfortable robe!!!! Sorry I bought it.

I bought two of these bath robes - one in khaki for my husband and one in white for me - to wear to and from our hot tub. They serve our intended purpose well: they're warm and absorbent, and they provide full coverage before and after our soak. My robe arrived with a number of pulls, not uncommon in terrycloth, so I trimmed those off. It also had two places, on seam lines, where the stitching had pulled apart, leaving holes. I fixed those as well. The robes wash and dry easily, but they're not particularly soft. We don't use them very hard, so they'll probably last for a while.

Way too bulky. Washed three times to get the chemical smell out of it and had a washer full of lint and strings. Had yellowish blotches on the fabric.

The robe is great--comfy, warm, loose enough to move around. The waist tie however, would fit only a petite woman or vertically challenged small person. I'm a large man, ordered an XL robe, and it disturbs me that some pinhead buyer didn't think to make the waist ties larger for larger robes. This is hardly rocket science. VERY unhappy and NO I don't (for the umpteenth time) want to return an otherwise fair priced, nice robe for a refund.

I have had this robe for a few months now and it already has two large rips, because it is terry cloth it is impossible to fix. My last robe lasted me almost 10 years. I am very disappointed in this product. The worst purchase I have ever made at Overstock.com.

This is an absorbent terry, but otherwise, it's not a very good product. Somewhat light weight, big loops, some strings are hanging off and now it is torn on the side after using only 6 months. This may have happened in the wash, it's just not very sturdy.

it didnt last a week. a hole appeared on the the left then it split down the right seem on top of having another hole on the the right! My cheap $$$ robe lasted for years and thats what im buying next.
