I bought these sheets for the 22 " deep pocket for my pillow top mattress, so hard to find. I use only cotton sheets, and I love, love, love this very soft percale. So comfortable. The only down side is that the first few times I washed them, they came out of the dryer wrinkled, but the wrinkles relaxed after the 3rd wash, and my sheets are so beautiful, I ordered a second set. I would love it if they came in colors, not just white. I highly recommend these sheets to anyone needing an extra deep pocket that stays put on your mattress.Read More
Sheet set is a good value and of good quality. Texture is smooth but they did wrinkle upon laundering and required ironing. Price was very reasonable compared to "hotel linens".Read More
Not as soft as I'd hoped and the quality is not reminiscent of the older percale sheets of my youth. Very wrinkly but I expected that. Would not purchase a percale product again based on these sheets.Read More
These sheets are not as soft as my 1500 tc Eygyptian cotton, but they are pretty soft and a lighter fabric. I am washing them for a second time today, maybe they will get softer. Good product though.Read More
I have been wanting to find a better set of sheets for my bed and when we purchased a new (& larger) bed recently, I went shopping for sheets. I knew that I wanted percale, but they are hard to find! I took a chance and ordered these sheets and I love them. Yes, they wrinkle and they are a bit crisp and rather thin. I love them, though. They are lightweight and I love the hemstitch. The wrinkles are not the annoying permanent-crease-in-the-hem type that drove me nuts in my last set. They seem to be getting softer with each wash. To me, these are the perfect sheets.Read More
I love these sheets because I like crisp sheets. The hemstich is a pretty detail. Yes, they do wrinkle when washed but all 100 percent cotton sheets do. I just iron the pillowcases and the top of the flat sheet. They are cool and comfortable.Read More
I am yet to wash these as I will return them, the sewing is pretty but I am concerned about how thin these sheets are. The shininess seems a bit high for a percale as well.Read More
Less than 2 yrs ago, I searched the internet on every site I could think of for sheets. We were in need of some Cal King sheets and I finally settled on a set that cost more than I had ever spent on sheets before. I felt a bit guilty, but I had hoped they would prove to be worth it.....I was wrong. They were sateen, and although very comfortable, they ripped and frayed badly within the first year of use. So, here I was starting again from square one on my sheet hunt. I love to read reviews and to be honest, multiple good reviews are sometimes enough to persuade me on a purchase. I decided this time that I wanted to go with percale instead of sateen. I love the crinkly sound of percale, and I have read that they last longer and hold up over time. I spent hours reading through reviews on many different percale sets, and finally settled on these. My initial impression of these sheets when they first arrived was that they were awfully thin. But, I had been waiting anxiously to try them so I washed them in cold water and put them on our bed the day they arrived. We have only slept one night on them so far, but here is what I have to say... They have that crisp and crinkly sound that I love, which also means there are quite a bit of rustling noises at night each time you turn over or move your legs, but that doesn't bother me. The fabric has a bit of a sheen to it which I remember another review mentioned. I also consider the fabric to be soft and comfortable, but in a percale way, and not like a "sateen soft". In fact, I was expecting them to be rougher than they were. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this set. The hem stitch is a small, but nice detail. The fitted sheet depth is a little too deep for our mattress and foam topper, but not way too deep. Although, we have a pretty average size mattress. I don't agree with the person that said it would still be too deep for the deepest mattress you can imagine. When I washed and dried them, I dried on a more gentle setting with less than the maximum heat. They also sat in the dryer a good hour before I pulled them out, and I did not find them to be over wrinkly. I was expecting a crinkled up mess, but that was not the case. (But we may have different definitions of wrinkly) The color is a nice bright and true white. (I do wish cream would've been an option though) The only thing I cannot yet review is the durability and longevity of these sheets. I do hope they hold up for years to come, and will try to update my review as time goes on. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars, is because I would've liked the fabric to be a little thicker/more substantial. Whether that affects the durability or not, I can't say....just a personal preference. Hope this review has helped! Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and hope to use them for years.Read More
These feel great on your skin. They have nice deep pockets so they fit the bed very well. I've already bought a second set.Read More
It is very hard to find 100% cotton percale sheets. So when I found these I bought them without hesitation. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are pretty thin. Far thinner than I expected for a 500TC sheet set. Right out of the package, they felt like brushed cotton - not crisp like percale should be. I washed per instructions and dried. They do get a bit wrinkly, but since you are working with 100% cotton that is not chemically treated to keep the wrinkles away, this is a good thing! They still feel a bit like brushed cotton to me. Not nearly as crisp as a percale should be, but maybe they will get better over time. I have a Tempurpedic mattress with an additional mattress topper on it. I find the fitted sheet to be a bit big. What ever happened to having a tight bottom sheet? Seems impossible to find proper fitting bottom sheets anymore.Read More
Questions & Answers
No they are extremely smooth. The pockets are so deep on the fitted sheet that the sheet must be "stretched" and tucked under the mattress when you make the bed. They feel really soft and smooth and come out of the dryer that way.

Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
