I bought this duvet cover after reading through many of the reviews. I chose to go with the pewter color choice and couldn't be happier. It looks expensive and seems to be of a very good quality. I would have given 5 stars for sure but I have a few minor concerns.. these being: It is much heavier than I expected (although I should have known 800 thread count would not be as light as other low quality covers). It is not as soft as I would have imagined. I would still say it is comfortable but I had different expectations (perhaps if I were to wash it several more times it would soften up a bit). On a slightly different note, it is quite difficult to remove the wrinkles. I'm too lazy to iron the massive thing when I get it out of the wash, but I'm not overly picky so I'm able to live with it. Other than that, it is absolutely AWESOME. I have found that although the material is heavy, a medium or light weight duvet works fine! I live in Canada and I know it will be great for the winter and even the summer months (if you prefer, just remove the actual duvet). It no longer takes me 20 minutes to warm up when I jump into bed (it almost feels like instant cozyness) and I haven't found myself overheating during the night at all. I also ordered a king size for my queen mattress and am VERY happy with my choice. Hope this helps! :)

Overall, I'm okay with the purchase, could have been happier if the item received is what was described. Duvet's quality is a little better than what you would see at Ikea. I would not purchase or recommend to a friend.

I was very pleased with the duvet cover. It arrived quicly and with pre- use washing instructions. I had never purchased Egyptian cotton but had heard many people say how sturdy and soft it is. This duvet cover is wonderful, thick yet soft and very durable but beautful.

I expected this duvet to be softer than how it really is. My 500 thread count calvin klein sheets are so much softer than this 800 thread count duvet. Aside from the softness the Pewter color and the stripes were exactly what I was looking for to match my black bed and headboard.

This is my first duvet cover purchase. I wasn't sure what a duvet cover was, but I bought the Naples Down Alternative comforter and knew I needed a cover. This is what I chose. The cover is nice looking and soft. I washed and dried it according to instructions (cold water, gentle cycle..Delicate dry cycle). There were some wrinkles out of the dryer, but when I spread it out over the bed, gravity and the weight of the material took care of any remaining wrinkles. The comforter slipped right in the duvet cover. It slid right in like a sandwich in a sandwich bag. It fit perfectly. I easily buttoned the duvet cover and arranged it on my bed. The comforter and duvet cover fit each other and both more than adequately covered my king size bed. I am very happy with the duvet cover.

These sheets are so thick they're like cardboard. I tried washing them several times and I fabric softener- not much luck. I guess 800 tc doesn't mean comfortable. Don't recommend these sheets.

Not true to size.Color not true to picture. Less expensive products have been better.

Based on the reviews, I decided to order a king size duvet instead of a queen. The package arrived today and the king shams are gi-normous. I think I could use it as a sleeping bag for my 11 year old. Even if the queen is a little too short for my thick mattress, I'll be trading the king size for the queen size. The fabric is nice and thick and I look forward to seeing it on the bed.

High-quality duvet cover, the color (pewter) is the same as on the Web site. The cotton is not as soft as one would expect from 800 tc, but after washing it a few times it will probably soften. The fabric is thick and heavy, it almost feels like a bed spread. If you prefer something lighter, then this isn't the duvet cover for you.

This cover set is so nice and looks great on the bed! It's a great buy and wonderfully comfortable!

Great Duvet cover, thick and soft. Does become a little wrinkled if left in the dryer for a while, would buy again!

These sheets are fantastic. Probably my best sheet purchase ever. Yes, they are a little wrinkly out of the dryer but who cares? When you put them on the bed they stretch out within a day anyway. I also bought the matching duvet cover set and a couple of Euro pillows (all from Overstock.com) and my bed now looks like a luxury hotel setting. Love it! We're very happy with our purchase and highly recommend them. Thanks Overstock!!!

I really like this duvet. It is very soft and smooth to the touch. It's actually pretty thick fabric and I love how expensive it feels. It won't wear out like some other duvet's I've purchased over the years and I expect to have this for years to come.

These are sweet. 5 star hotel quality. Not a huge fan of how theye button on the side (or maybe my gripe is there should be more buttons on the side, not sure but the comforter hangs out between the buttons a little bit) but not enough to take a star away. This is the same quality filthy rich people sleep in. treat yourself!

This cover is more for winter. Didn't realize it would be so heavy. Very soft, and yet strudy. keeps it shape after the wash.
