Somewhat Scratchy
I bought the Cal King size sheet and it fit wonderfully onto my 15" mattress. No problem with meeting the depth required. I however thought that these sheets would be softer than they are. With 650 thread count these sheets are solid and well made, but they feel a bit scratchy and they come out of the wash a wrinkled mess. I later purchased a set of 450 thread count sateen sheets that have a much softer feel.

All 650 count Egyptian cotton sheets are NOT equal
We are spoiled by our Italian made top quality Egyptian high count sheets. The type that retail for $600-$900 per set or on sale for $300+ if you get lucky. We changed our king size bed to an adjustable king (2 XL twin mattresses) so I ordered these hoping for a decent fitted bottom sheet. Trust me, if you are used to top quality Egyptian cotton these "650" count will feel like cardboard by comparison. They were softer to the touch when I opened the pack, then I washed them before making the bed. Which meant it was too late to return them for a refund. I tried washing them 3 more times hoping to soften them up. No such luck. They fit the mattresses perfectly (XL Twin) UNTIL you raise the top or bottom to an elevated position which is the whole point of having an adjustable bed. And the sheets still feel scratchy compared to our old sheets. I cannot recommend these to folks who have an adjustable bed (the fitted bottom snaps off when the bed is raised) or people who are spoiled like we are. I only tried these because I have not found any top quality sheets from Italy that are made for the adjustable king size bed (with two XL twin mattresses). Currently I am waiting for the sheets I ordered from ***** a company that specializes in adjustable bed sheeting. I've learned my lesson - do not order sheets online for an adjustable bed. And don't believe that all sheets that are made of Egyptian cotton and have a high thread count are the same. They aren't. I already knew that you get what you pay for so I blame myself for wasting the money not Overstock.com.

Oh Sheets!
These are the softest, smoothest sheets! They fit a double-sided pillowtop mattress without having to pull and stretch. Great value!

650 Egyptian Cotton Sheets
I would have to say these are the best sheets I have purchased. They are extremely well made and the texture is like sateen, but not cold or hot. Great proportions for those with deep matresses. Highly recommend this product and I will buy these sheets in another color.

Egyptian Sheets
We purchased these sheets for more than we have ever paid on a set. We thought wow Egyptian Cotton 650 Thread, How could we go wrong. We are very disappointed. After the first wash they started to pile. They feel rough now. Not at all soft. I don't know if we just got a bad batch or if they are just this way. They were very soft the first time we used them. Too bad they did not hold up to a wash in Cold water.

Fabulous sheet!
These sheets are wonderful - soft but strong - and plenty deep for my mattress and foam mattress pad. I wash them and put them right back on the bed.

Returned due to Pilling
Had to Return the product. I had them for 2 weeks and washed them on Cold/Warm when i first got them with no Fabric softner. Upon second washing they started to pill. Even the pillow cases pilled. I work in hotels so and have never seen a sheet set do this so quickly. There was something wrong with my set. I have never returned anything on Overstock so I will see how the hassle is.

Read all reviews before purchase!
They fit our matress better than other advertised over-size sheets, I will give them that. Yes, these sheets felt amazingly soft after opening the package, I was very excited, but after one wash they already started falling apart. Now they have that rough, balled up feeling that sheets get when they are really worn out and about to tear. And it's too late to return them.

Not as soft as I was lead to believe
The sheets are not anywhere as soft as I thought they would be based on the reviews. I've washed them once and they seem to have a plastic-y texture to them. I'm definitely disappointed.
