While the sheets had pockets deep enough to cover the mattress, box spring and 3" foam cover, the pillow cases show selvaged edges. The fabric is sewn too closely to the edge of the fabric and looks like it is unraveling. I hope they last the lifetime of the sheets.
Pro: Elastic and deep pockets. CON: These sheets are NOT 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets, nor do they feel like it. They are 100% Cotton. BIG DIFFERENCE! The package even states it's "100% Egyptian Cotton" but on sheets themselves, it states 100% Cotton, Made in Pakistan. All sheets I have bought that are REAL Egyptian Cotton actually state this on the sheet's tags. Obviously, I'm disappointed and not a happy customer! This is not a reflection on Overstock.com. I have enjoyed their products in the past, but am disappointed in Tribeca Living.
I was searching a lot of places for sheets like this and besides on Overstock, it is nearly impossible to find such good quality deep pocket sheets for such a great price. I was impressed with the feel of them (they are my first higher thread count set). Highly recommended!
I love the feel and color of these sheets, but they tend to slip up off the mattress, and definiltey slips with my duvet cover. Sheet suspenders would solve the fitted sheet issue. The sheets do fit the mattress, but apparently my mattress is also extra slippery. Anyway, I love the feel of these sheets and they wash well.
First of all these sheets are "sateen" but they look like white plastic shower curtains. Second of all, I have a queen pillowtop with 1inch memory foam. These sheets are supposed to be 25inches deep. They covered 3 of the 4 corners of my bed. I could not get the sheets across my bed to cover them. So I would never suggest to anyone to buy them.
