These sheets were the perfect color of purple, but after use, they snag, are pilling, and pick up any lint in their path. Feel rough after 2 washes - not the clean crisp feel of good quality sheets. Will NOT BUY them again. Must be washed using the "color grabber" laundry pages, which come out dark purple, afraid color would have bled onto on other clothes if not used.Read More
These sheets are a huge disappointment. The color is gorgeous but these sheets are heavy and rough. They have now been laundered twice per the instructions. The queen size also barely fit my queen size bed. The pocket depth is generous and fine but the sheets will barely stretch across the width of the bed.Read More
Overall I am very happy with this purchase. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating is that the pillowcase has significant pilling after only two months of use, though not the sheets.Read More
I ordered the light blue sheets and was disappointed in the color. These are not light blue but have a greenish tinge to them. Definitely not the color as shown in the picture.... be aware these are not light blue....Read More
Felt really nice, big deep pockets on fitted sheet that will not slide off.Read More
This was my first time buying sheets online. Reading all the reviews of different sheets, I thought that the unhappy reviewers must just be very picky people, since I have never had a problem with my sheets. When these sheets arrived I was thrilled, they were so soft thick and luscious, and the color so beautiful. I was happy at first, but they soon developed fine pills on the bottom sheet that became hard, so now they feel like sleeping on sandpaper. So disappointed (sigh)... into the garbage they go.Read More
I wanted a deep purple as shown and that is what I got! Very comfortable cotton, washes well and fits my foam mattress perfectly. Feels good to sleep on unlike sateen sheets.Read More
I bought these sheets in April 2012 and use them every other week. I haven't had any pilling at all and they are still soft to the touch. My husband just commented the other day that he really liked these sheets and its the first time in our 43 years of marriage that he has ever commented on our bedsheets. One never knows how the top sheet is going to fit your bed anymore. They are either short on the sides and long at the bottom or long on the sides and short on the bottom. These sheets tend to be longer on the sides and a little short on the bottom but you don't have to pull your top sheet down much to have enough fabric to tuck the bottom under. I bought the plum colored ones and the color is a deep plum and I really like it. I think you'd be happy if you bought these sheets.Read More
Great value for the money.I got the cal king and they are extra deep. Really silky and light. Nice feel to them.Read More
As much time as is spent "between the sheets," their quality is obviously important. I've become knowledgable over the years as to with what they're made, thread count, and the like. The last set were purchased at a discount retail store. I searched online for these. Frankly, some comments from previous purchasaers were quite negative, but I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. These sheets are excellent in every way: smoothly luxurious, consistent color (light blue) and very good fit. I suspect that the negative buyers did not know just how to wash and care for their sheets, and couldnot/would not follow the washing/care instructions. Just wash in cold water, delicate cycle, promptly cool dry, and again promptly install on the bed. No "pills," no wrinkles, no problemo!Read More

Not at all. I have the purple and cream and they are rather dull looking.

Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
