Received these the other day in hunter green and love them. They washed well, and are not a lint or cat hair magnet. The cotton is soft and the dark green is a warm, dark, natural plant color that seems to match any sheet set. They're thick enough and the comforter has ventilation. I'm very happy with this duvet set and I recommend them.Read More
I like this duvet set. I also have the matching sheet set. It's soft and the price isn't bad. My only complaint is that there are no ties inside the duvet cover to hold a duvet insert in place.Read More
I laundered the duvet before using. It came out fairly wrinkled but after on bed for awhile looked better. I just did a second laundering because of little dirty paw prints. This time there were very few wrinkles. Takes a little time to put a king size on by yourself but fairly easy. Also adds xtra warmth to the down blanket we use. I'm very pleased with this duvet. If you are looking for a fancy look this is not for you. It's a great country look. I bought the ecru but don't remember if that's what the color is called. Very pleased.Read More
The material is way too thin almost see through with is not a good look for a duvet cover. I chose white maybe that makes the case worse. Wouldn't buy again!!Read More
We were looking for a very soft, fairly thin/light duvet for our down comforter and this one is perfect!Read More
Color was just what I wanted, fabric feels great. Love itRead More
The purple set is a beautiful deep eggplant purple. The thread count is a little on the low side, resulting in a few excess threads so the quality is not perfect but still very good. I would recommend it.Read More
This duvet feels like sandpaper. In the description, it said that it has a sateen finish. It does not! I am done with Overstock.com.Read More
Love these sheets, they are so soft. I would love to get these sheets in every color!Read More
This duvet is a nightmare. It collects everything, dust, hair, down feathers. Once collected it does not shake off, or wash off, or tumble off. Unless you are OCD and need something to do constantly, over and over, like take a lint brush over the same spot, do not buy.Read More

Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
Best Duvet Covers for Each Season
For those who use duvet blankets year-round, duvet covers allow you to change patterns and color to match every season. Along with the decor of the bedroom, a duvet cover may enhance the ambiance of the entire room or supply it with rich colors and textures for the ultimate comfort factor. If you purchased an expensive duvet, covering it throughout the year will keep it in good shape and allow you to wash it without compromising the batting. Look below to learn the best duvet covers for each season. Spring: Once the evenings start warming up, lighter fabrics like satin provide sheen and style to any bedroom. Satin duvet covers are most often comprised of fabrics like nylon, rayon or silk to provide durability as well as comfort. For spring, lighter colors, including pastels or variations of cream and beige, brighten the room. Summer: During warm summer nights, cotton duvets are one of the most common fabric choices. Light and airy, cotton is also easy to clean and comes in virtually every color and pattern. For the summer season, try a white duvet cover, which will make the room appear more open and spacious. A cotton blend that contains polyester is also an ideal choice for summer, because it is soft, requires simple washing and does not wrinkle. Fall: For the fall season, a duvet cover that is warm enough for intermittent chilly nights is an ideal choice. Microsuede duvet covers offer a soft feel to bedding and come in a variety of colors. This material is easy to care for and machine washable. For fall, choose earthy colors like beige, brown, dark green or burgundy for a seasonal look. Winter: A luxurious duvet cover is a favorite option for warmth during the winter months. Velvet is a soft fabric that comes in a variety of rich colors and provides plenty of insulation for cold nights. The luxurious texture looks good in any style of room decor. For winter months, choose deep, rich colors like burgundy, plum, forest green or chocolate to enhance the room. View All Duvet Covers Back to Guides Directory View All Duvet Covers
