I love this duvet cover! I have used many in the past and this one was the easiest, by far, to insert the comforter. The old comforter slipped right in with very little effort! I was very impressed by the depth of the navy color and the lovely softness of the material. My husband is hard to convince about new products but he was pleased as well. The price was amazing for such a high-quality item and the shipping time was incredibly fast! I couldn't be more pleased!
Black Cal-King Duvet & Shams are hard to find...especially nice ones. These are beautiful. Good quality, nice weight, and black black (not brown black ) in color. I would deffinately recommend these. I washed them before I put them on the bed, and they came out of the dryer nice.
The duvet felt very soft and smooth, but unfortunately I had to return it because I ordered lavender and it is not a lavender color. it is sort of a dusty mauve color even though it states it is lavender.I contacted Overstock about the incorrect color. The rep was great who I chatted with online and helped me with returning it at no shipping charge.
I bought this set for my daughter, and she is pleased with it. It fits over the down comforter nicely, and the fabric is soft. My only complaint is that it is quite wrinkly, even just after pressing, so it does not look as neat as I'd like. I wise the fabric was a bit more substantial. Otherwise, I'm satisfied.
Okay, so this is simply elegant on my bed, the color is rich!! I ordered this in the Plum color. I cannot say enough about how great this duvet cover is! It's so soft and has a nice sheen to it. I seriously do not want to get out of bed!
I had a hard time finding a solid black duvet cover. I have been using this one and so far I am happy with it. It's a good price and a nice dark black. I have not washed it yet as it's only been used few times. That is only reason i gave it 4 stars. Hopefully it will not fade much. I am a happy customer.
Love the shine in the pic and when I got it, washed in cold delicate cycle and detergent. They still looked shiny and thicker, until the dryer. I have duvet cover from 15yrs ago that still retains its sateen finish and has been washed and dried who knows how many times, but they discontinued them and the replacement is getting mostly bad reviews. I don't understand why THAT company would do that. It took 10 yrs to wear a hole in bottom sheet and I only used the one set as the duvet and sheets were exact same and expensive but most definitely worth it. No pilling on these but also no smooth perfect soft finish. For price not bad. 100 Egyptian cotton but that shine washes off or dries off its not in the weave , its more like they were coated with the shine and that does bother me. There is REAL sateen not coating....I would be willing to pay more for it BUT they are hard to find these days. Even 15 yrs ago, only this one set was perfect. They didn't look that shiny like this picture but they did shine and it was more the finish being a silky feel but not silk. Where can I get that texture....its not the thread count either. I still really like it, it is soft but more a cottony soft and the vivid "sateen" red faded. So they only looked like the pic before they were dried. Yes I removed them right away.Wrinkles not a problem except around shams they edges just wont stay without that shiny whatever stiff stuff they put on there. If anyone can help me on what to get now to keep my sateen feel. I am looking for sheets and they have to be that "feel"
