Very very thick sheets, its like sleeping with cardboard covering you. I was hoping for the high thread count to mean soft but in this case it think it will take many many washings before these turn from thick to soft.

Sheets fit my deep pocket bed with an additional memory foam topper, which is great. The only problem is they are rough and scratchy. Like sleeping on sandpaper. Hope they get better with washings.

When I purchased these sheets a year ago, I was looking for very high quality merchandise. I don't mind the stiffness of the fabric because I expect it to soften with washings. What I can't deal with is the fact that they shrink with evey washing even though I follow washing instructions to the letter. After one year, I cannot stretch them to fit the bed. This morning the corner seam split. I'd like a refund or credit for this product. How can I get my money back?

Purchased these in APR 2010 Now FEB 2011. At first they were similar to "Circus Tent" Material...My wife and I use to joke about time to wash the tent, by themselves it was ALL you could wash in a MAX Capacity washer. But after many washes have become Firm yet Soft. My Wife and I LOVE These Sheets. Very deep and very durable, very comforting.. worth the money, only downside at this price and quality level should come with more pillow cases!

I'm impressed with these sheets. They are very much like the high quality sheets you find in nice hotels these days. I won't use any other sheets from now on.

I've purchased many sets of sheets from overstock.com in the past. I have to say that these sheets fit better than any sheets I've ever purchased. My only caveat: make sure you wash them at least 5 times before use. These sheets are very heavy and stiff. The usual one wash before use was not nearly enough. I've put mine through at lest 10 washings and they are starting to really get soft. Good value for the price.

I HAVE TO HAVE 1500+ TC Sheets and these are amongst my fav!! Could not be happier and the price is so wonderful!!!

Nice sheets, but for less money on the same site,you can get the Sultan cotton 1500 T.C. sheets for less and a better feel to them, but thats only my opinion so if you have tried the Sultan ones & like the non sultan one better get them...Ether way you win with the price.

excellent product ! Very well made, Fits as it should, Feels great.After washing (3) times they became fairly soft and hoping after a few more washings will be even softer. Already feels like a Five Star Hotel sheet set.We would definitely buy these sheets again but as well made as they are they might last us longer than the bedroom suite we have!!! Price is inline with the quality. I suggest you get-em while the getting good!!!

they are the best sheets that i have ever slept in,for sheets that are dense they are soft on your skin,very smooth on your body.i wash them twice before i use them,and its true they just get better.i thought because it is hot at this time of the year they might be to heavy to use,but they can be use all year round they are just very strong sheets that are soft & smooth on your body.

I ordered the CA King ivory set. I was impressed with the thickness of the sheets, but the material a bit starchy and stiff. I thought that washing would improve the softness factor. It did not. After 3 washings they are still stiff. I do think that they will last a long time since they are so thick, so value wise I think they are worth it. Maybe after many more washings they soften up.

These sheets are very sturdy and heavy I was expecting this what I wasn't expecting is that the striped texture would make the sheets feel more like canvas than satiny. I was hoping for heavy silky feeling sheets with stripes to make them a bit more interesting. I am getting use to them and I like them ok, but my next sheets will be some sort of high thread count that has a different finish.

I got the sheet set for Mama. Her birthday is in May as well as Mothers Day. Had them shipped directly to her and she said she really likes them. Says the quality of the sheets is great.

I cannot express the quality of the Egyptian Cotton 1500 Thread Count Striped Sheet Set that I recently received. Top Quality - beyond words. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nice heavy blend. No need to iron if you keep an eye on them during the drying time. I stop and fluff them up and put them back in the dryer a couple of times as sheets ball up in the dryer. Great price point. These will last a life time.

I like them because they are heavy and warm. My husband doesn't like them because they are crisp and not very soft.

I thought I struck gold when I found these sheets here, but wow, the difference in brand is astounding. Usually we receive 1500 TC sheets for Christmas, because they're so luxurious, but these are like someone repackaged college dorm type sheets! They're heavy, and not in a good way. Compared to the kind we receive from *****, they feel heavy. After a couple of washings, they didn't get softer like others claimed, and now we only use them as the in-between washings of our regular sheets.

LOVE the sheets!! I never had a thread count this high - I have been watching all reviews and decided to "go for it!!" Glad I did! These sheets are heavy (not in warmth but in texture) and feel wonderful...and I can't believe how fast I got them!!
